Thank you for replying, yes it will be great if you that actually I have flashed custom rom by fastboot method and unfortunately the persist.img is corrupted by that. Let me know if you can.

Sorry, what mean "wifi and any error" ?
I had the first open version and no problem for me on that nor apk nor wifi. You can try directly the second version, more updated, and then update to kk via ota.
I mean if this is the original firmware because Motorola didn't release this yet, or it's a test firmware

Hello friend!
Could you please upload this file again? The link says that the file has expired. I'm having the exact same problem as you were. I'm running the latest global stable 10.3.3 with thebootloader unlocked on my redmi note 6 pro but I couldn't enable camera 2 api with any zip file I've tried so far. I can give this zip a try if you could upload it again.
Thanks a lot!

Issue updating from Chinese to Euro firmware

I am having a big issue. I have a Poco F2 Pro, and I'm changing the firmware to the euro version. For some odd reason I'm on V12.1.3.0.RJKCNXM, Android version of 11. That's the Chinese official firmware I believe.
Don't ask me why. I must have botched the intial set up. Anyway, want to upgrade the to the latest euro firmware/android version and upgrade to a better rom and finally get rid of this mi-bloat. Sadly, it says I need the flash tool and I do have access to it, but it's on a roommates computer and I don't like depending on other people. Is it possible that I can somehow use the TWRP I have to upload the firmware vs using the flash tool? Please let me know thank you!!!

You will need a pc to flash the TWRP.
Flashing a TWRP takes 10 seconds.
With Miflash 10 minutes.
But with the twrp you have to format the data and then put the pc rom on the phone (usb OTG solution).

Thank you. I actually have a TWRP installed called "LR. TEAM" I think it's a Chinese port of TWRP translated back to English. It's called TWRP 3.4.1b-0328.
I can't flash anything from there though, as I can't decrypt the storage and I don't know how to remove encryption.
With that TWRP do you think I might be able to flash the Euro Firmware without Miflash? I have ADB and fastboot via my chromebook. Thanks for all your help.

EEA was specifically designed for EU countries .(RGPD,GDPR).
The EEA ROM doesn't have a Beta program.
Global updates arrive before.
AOSP roms are based on global version.

If you know there is a way to flash the OTA and keep twrp+root and that you don't need Magisk, why are you asking for help here?
P.S.: Want to point us to your source of information? I'm sure just about everybody in this forum would be excited to know how.

Flash the ota and then boot to fastboot. And flash this boot image.
fastboot flash boot boot-v9-root24.img
Also can do it in recovery or partition manager off play store. Here's a copy of the app to.
The img works on OS 11s and 12s. I dual boot so it's a orangefox twrp with a magisk 24.x. and probably not the original kernel because OS 12 and some rom11s don't work well with stock kernels. Anyways hope this helps

Question Doubt regarding phone versions

Hello good morning everyone, I wanted to root my Poco X3 pro phone, but seeing the videos on youtube and tutorials I have a doubt if I do it or not, in most of them they say that you have to install the Firmware of the phone first and they put a link In some videos the version 12.9.7.0 or 12.9.4.0 global version appears, but now entering those versions does not appear, but rather 13, is it necessary to install the firmware to install a custom rom? Is there any other place where I can get the firmware? Thanks for the clarifications.
Unlock bootloader
Flash twrp
Flash magisk
Done
No need for firmware for root

Thanks for your help and your advice, now if I want to put LinaesOS on it, then if I have to put a firmware on it? If so, where can I find the one that corresponds to my version since on the official page they have removed the one that was from the global version and have put the new one with android 12
Umm you can flash any firmware version I beleieve but you can find all the firmware versions here https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/archive/firmware/vayu/

for me is not recommended, it's optional. Either you flash it or not firmware will not make changes for your device hehe
