Hello, and welcome to XDA Assist! You need to get in touch with O2 somehow, so as to get an unlock code. I can't find a thread that will help you here on XDA. They are all for AT&T.
Good luck!

Greetings and welcome to assist. If your phone is sim locked to a carrier then you will need to purchase the sim unlock code from the original carrier or a third party unlocker

Samsung s7 unlock

Hello everyone
I bought a Samsung s7 g930 from eBay.
It's locked on t_mobile USA.
I'm currently outside USA.
I tried to contact t_mobile but I couldn't because don't have a t_mobile account.
I think it's also blocked or blacklisted!
Does anyone know how can I unlock it?
I run Permanentunlock:
Unlock Failed: This mobile phone is not eligible for unlock.

Can I Activate a unlocked T-Mobile phone on MetroPCS if it's not paid off with T-Mobi

I bought a phone on eBay. Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.
The seller didn't say that there were still payments to make on T-Mobile.
Now I can unlock it through DoctorSim service. But I want to use it on MetroPCS afterwards... Is it possible? I'm curious cause MetroPCS uses T-Mobiles network

SM-G920F Un-Netlock

Hello,
i am new and i have received a three year old Samsung SM-G920F Samsung S6 from a friend in France. He got a new Phone from his company and dont need his old one. How can i remove the NETLOCK from this phone. I want to use it in germany with a 1&1 card, but it is locked.
The originl provider will not unlock it for free. It wants 59Euros. But my friend bought it for the complete price, so it should be free.
Can anyone please help me to unlock this?
Many thanks

Hi there. In France, any SIMlocked phone can be unlocked for free six months after buying it. It's the law. You friend should obtain the code from the service provider he bought the phone firsthand. It can be difficult if he's not their customer anymore. If he can't get the code from the hotline or on the web (by logging in his customer space), he should try by mail or maybe on social network.
