I bought a Samsung s7 g930 from eBay.
It's locked on t_mobile USA.
I'm currently outside USA.
I tried to contact t_mobile but I couldn't because don't have a t_mobile account.
I think it's also blocked or blacklisted!
Does anyone know how can I unlock it?
I run Permanentunlock:
Unlock Failed: This mobile phone is not eligible for unlock.

I was recently given a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge as a present and it had been bought at a discounted rate with a carrier lock, unknowingly, now the phone was bought with O2 carrier lock and i reside in India with no access to an O2 sim card or customer care and the website has been thoroughly unhelpful, is there any way to disable the carrier lock? a paid solution is acceptable

Hello, and welcome to XDA Assist! You need to get in touch with O2 somehow, so as to get an unlock code. I can't find a thread that will help you here on XDA. They are all for AT&T.

So, recently I purchased a Galaxy S7 from a co-worker. After bringing it to my house I realized it was SIM locked to the T-Mobile carrier. He bought it already used and sold it to me, so I can't unlock trough the T-Mobile customer service.
After an extensive search on the web I found a few paid solutions (unlock sites, Chimera Tool, some android apps). But since I live in Brazil and not the US they end up costing three times their original value due to money conversion.
I found out that you can extract the unlock code from the phone itself through some softwares ( i.e Chimera Tool). So I ask you: there's a free way to do that? I appreciate any help, thx.

I a having this same problem expect. I am however from the usa. I moved tmoblie has no service in new area. They refuse to unlock my model is sm-G930T. Please anyone with any odeals on this problem let me know...
After searching a lot I found a website that fixed the network lock for me. It was also cheaper than the competition. unblockmysamsung.com
It took only a couple days to fix and I did through Paypal so if it didn't worked I could have asked for a refund.

I purchase one At&t Galaxy note edge SM-N915A. It is sim locked so I purchased it in a very low price. But now I found out that it is reported as lost or stolen to AT&T. Now I am doom.
I install factory firmware and then I root using king o Root.
Is there a way to get rid of sim lock.

if you are inside US then it'll not work but outside of US you can use some online simulock services to get the unlock code.
I'd like to buy a Galaxy S6 Edge SM-G925T on Ebay, but listing says that the phone is locked to T-Mobile. I'm with Metro PCS, so would I still be able to use this phone on the Metro network without having to unlock it?

I bought a phone on eBay. Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.
The seller didn't say that there were still payments to make on T-Mobile.
Now I can unlock it through DoctorSim service. But I want to use it on MetroPCS afterwards... Is it possible? I'm curious cause MetroPCS uses T-Mobiles network
