Every time I am using my phone, the screen stucks I have to click on the power button once and then after it locks I need to open it again so it starts working. This goes on multiple times while using it. Please tell what the problem is. Don't say change the display it's not the problem. Also don't ask me to change the phone unless you are paying for it.

I haven't found what I am looking for yet. I kinda have the same problem like these guys on the posts above. I got my phone water damaged a while back and since then my phone whenever on charge gives me a message like "charging paused. Battery temperature too high or too low". I have been trying to fix this problem for a while but I can't seem to find any reasonable solution. Like I understand that this could be a hardware problem and I can't do much about it if it is but I still have to try different options before I pay Samsung to fix it.
Like what I am trying to achieve is that I would like to somehow root the tab and upgrade it using just the recovery system mode. I somehow believe that if I do that this problem will miraculously vanish . The galaxy tab that I own is this one here http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...ls_o06_s00_i00. I never rooted the tab before this problem and I am sure I never upgraded it either. So all I am left with now is a tab that turns on only for few seconds and then switches off. Even when it is on the charge the tab switches off after giving me the message "charging paused. blah blah blah". The only time it stays on forever is when the phone is on the charge (AC and not usb PC) and on Android System Recovery <3e>.
There is no possible way of starting the tab and using the android system as the message pops up just before the loading up and switches the phone off immediately. If someone can guide on how to root and upgrade my tab through using my sd card or doing it in recovery mode, then I promise to buy a couple of pints (money will be sent via paypal) or else the money goes to Samsung and ruins the whole joy of fixing my tab with yourr help. Cheers
Can someone please help me wth this?

Note: This is different than other "Stuck at boot screen" posts. It has a different case and I couldn't find any solution relevant to this problem.
I dropped my note 2 and battery got out of it after hitting the ground. I put the battery back in and restarted the phone, it worked fine for sometime. Then it crashed and restarted with a strange behavior. It loaded first screen showing Samsung Galaxy Note II N7100 and kept on restarting without even responding to power+home+volume up keys combination. It turns on, stays on the Samsung note II screen for a couple of seconds and restarts. Then I took out the battery and plugged in another one (I keep an extra battery with me) and phone started working. What could have possibly gone wrong with the battery when it dropped and if the battery got damaged, I guess it shouldn't even be able to turn on the phone and make it keep restarting? Has anyone experienced this case?
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. I don't know why you are experiencing this. What happens when you put the original battery back in? It might have just been a random error.

Just to make it clear,
Put the original battery
Turn on the phone
Shows first screen saying "Samsung Galaxy Note II N7100"
Stays on it for a couple of seconds
Restarts
Keeps repeating (Doesn't respond to Power key or Power+Home+VolumeUp key combination)
Forcefully remove the battery
Plug another battery
Turn on the phone
Works fine
I reset it, I got to the set up page, but 3 minutes after the screen goes black, but it shows the battery, and time. Is there a way to fix it? I need assistance quick, because my father will be home soon, and I don't want him to know I bricked my device, as I just got it.
Hi to all,
I am having issues with my huawei nexus 6p. at start it was working fine then it restarts and got stuck on the bootloop, after reading a lot of articles and watching a lot of videos then i fixed it using a 4 cores boot img...
now i have been using it and its been a month but now again the same issue arises and when it turns on and goes to the home screen after 3 seconds the screen goes blank. (i can take screen shots and turn off or restart when its blank meaning the phone is ON) then after 2 mints it says factory reset.. and then goes into TWRP recovery. and this goes on and on :/
so i again tried the same procedure as before but no luck..
can anyone help on this cause really need to fix this phone.
Try hard resetting the phone. Hold the power, volume up and volume down button for about 30 seconds whilst the phone turned off. Reply asap after trying.
SOLVED
just fixed this... but i my phones imei number has gone unknown... can anyone help with this issue?
typed *#06# then the phone apps crashes and long beep.
Try writing a new one then. I'd suggest Spreadtrum's IMEI writer cuz that's the only one I know so far. Lemme know if it helped.

Hi guys
a few months ago, my samsung galaxy s7 edge's battery started to charge slower than usual. Whereas before it would take about an hour to fully charge, now it would take 6 hours or more. I continued using it. A few weeks ago skype app started acting up. When I would open it, it would close automatically. I continued using the phone. Then last week I was using this app called talkatone. It's an app that gives you a second phone number. As I was talking to someone on the app, my phone froze and I had to force restart it. Now the phone would go to the black screen that says samsung galaxy s7 edge in white font. Then it would just restart over and over again. I finally got it to go to the home screen after many tries. Everything was fine but then when I was texting someone phone froze again. Now when I try to restart it, it goes to that black screen that says galaxy edge in white font. Then it goes to the next screen where it starts drawing the word SAMSUNG one letter at a time. but it gets stuck somewhere here. it draws S A and then it freezes. or it draws S A M and then it freezes.
based on these symptoms, do you think it's the battery? or the operating system is corrupt and needs to be reinstalled? or something else? is this fixable?
Replace the battery and go from there.
It's long overdue...
