Basically you need to use the MSM tool to go back to Android 10 and switch over to the Global Variant of Oxygen Rom and update from that point. Then you can use Oxygen Updater. I just updated to Android 12 today using the method in the link.

I've a OP 7 Pro Sprint Variant, Model: GM1925. When I was in stock ROM, the latest build was 10.0.7.GM25CC. Few weeks earlier, I followed the guide here and was able to successfully convert it to EU firmware. The reason behind this conversion is to get the latest OOS updates asap. But it seems the updates for 5G phones are lagging far behind. My phone is running on 10.0.11.GM27BA currently.
Further, I tried to convert my phone to International variant by following the guide here but failed. More specifically, it stopped after 'Param preload'.
Now, I badly want to convert it to International variant. I don't mind if losing 5G would enable dual sim functionality on my phone.
Is there any way?

Late on the replies but converting to international is impossible due to different partitions. Dual sim WILL NEVER WORK because we don't have the config files for dsds on the X50 modem. Because of the 5G, updates are behind and will be for basically the phone's EOL. Custom roms are a grey area as modem needs porting and rotation needs fixing, and Android 11 custom roms won't work (due to no modem functionality)

Hello! first thanks for reading
I'm having problem downgrading my Oneplus 8T, model KB2005.
Some weeks ago I upgraded my system and I've been trying to downgrade since then, because I like os 11 more.
I've following this guide (downloaded the EU version and the APK) installed it on my phone, and selected the file as it says, but I get this message and I can't do anything more.
Do you have any idea about whats happening? or even if someone out there has been able to downgrade at all hahha.

So you're on KB2005 C.15 (NA) and trying to downgrade using the BA downgrade zip?
Why don't you try the NA downgrade?

Thank you for your reply, you're totally right, the thing is I didn't knew that my model is NA and since i live in europe, I was asuming that I needed the EU zip...
The fun part is I've been in chat with oneplus support this evening, and I told them everythingn about the phone, model, imei, version, android, etc, but they didn't told me that I should use the NA zip....
Anyway, I've managed to downgrade the phone, but I have one more question, Now the system ask me if I want to upgrade, but I don't know if this is a os11 update or the "change to os12" update, any idea about this?

I see, so If i update now, it will change to OOS 12 again. right?
My OOS version now its 11.0.11.11.KB05AA is it the last ( i mean the last oos11) version? or do I need to update it manually? How should I do that?
Thanks again!

thanks again, I'll try to install the 13.13!
Has anyone else received this update? Is there anything new in it?
I personally can't find anything changed, it looks and feels exactly like MIUI 13. Couldn't find any new features either.

Changelog:[System]
Updated Android Security Patch to January 2023. Increased system security.
[More features and improvements]
Search in Settings is now more advanced. With search history and categories in results, everything looks much crisper now.
Hi the only major thing detected are customizable folders for now. The system speed and accu drain are same for me compared to A13 miui 13. Notifications are working for me some reported delayed push notifications.
actual battery statistic for 7 days used Miui 14
what a second this version is a beta and its out?
I still have miui global 13.0.13 stable SLIEUXM security patch 1/10/2022
Why miui 14 is TLI and not SLI???
Can somebody update only the update file? I can find only the method with fastboot.

There are only 2 models, CN or Global.
The Global version has an EEA or Global rom depending on the seller and/or the country of purchase.
ok so I have a 2201123g bought in Europe, I want to flash back the original rom, should I do global or eea? Also if you do clean and lock you lock the bootloader? I want to relock without bricking it or anything

It's now stuck at the 12.6 OTA as this is the one that checks for the region, I will follow your guide and let you know how it went thank you for everything
It's giving me the error ''the current system is not compatible with this hardware'' then powers off.
I honestly did not expect that there would be one more update and much less expected it to be a new version of Android, I thought I would stay forever with Android 11
I just hope they fixed the issue of notifications not showing up.
Now to wait if they dare to release a new Android update for the Global version.

Hello everyone, I may be planning to resell my Poco X3 Pro, and for that, I want to reflash the stock ROM and relock the bootloader.
As I understand it, there are different ROM versions, India, Global, EU, etc, and flashing the wrong ROM and unlocking will brick the device, is that correct? I bought my phone from Iran, but as Xiaomi phones are often imported unofficially, the actual version of the phone may not be clear. Is there any way I can find out the stock ROM version so I can relock the bootloader? I still have the box, btw.
Thanks.
You can Figure out which Version you have by Baseband Version in System settings.
No clue which one is which though^^

As long as the ROM version is the same or newer than Firmware you won't have any problems.

The actual warranty should be according to where it is from.
In general, Global is 1 year, while Europe is 2 years. UK is also 2 years.
Could ask Xiaomi/POCO about it.

POCO Deutschland

The non-official website could show the information probably due to the "Mi-Activation lock: On", in order for the "Find my device" function to work.

Just flash Global ROM and lock bootloader. It doesn't matter the region.
Download original ROM from here: https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/vayu/
Use fastboot rom, don't use recovery.
