If you want to install the app, remove your SIM card, and use a VPN. You may also try this trick:

I have tried it by downloading the apk as well as using a vpn but it still shows the same error.. Also i can download and use it on my wife's s20 plus without any problem, but seems this is a problem with s22 ultra as i can see many reviews regarding the same.. Attaching screenshot
One more thing, the app ratings and reviews of the good lock app on galaxy store are different on my s22 ultra and s20 plus

I don't have issues with Good lock and I am not from any of those countries. The trick is to REMOVE the SIM from the phone. Clear the cache of your Galaxy Store. Connect to a VPN and open the Galaxy Store again. You should now be able to download Good Lock and set it up. Reinsert your SIM.

USE A FREE VPN SERVICE
The process is simple, All you have to do is,
Remove the sim card first
Then tap and hold the Galaxy Apps to open App Info
Tap Storage and Clear Data
Now Install a VPN free VPN will work like UFO VPN and then choose US or India as the location

You may use LastPass on any app for fingerprint authentication. It requires subscription though, but S6 users get a free subscription for a limited time.

Hi. It's not working for me too. It says unable to register your fingerprint at this time.
did anyone ever find a fix for this??
This worked for me after I uninstalled PayPal (that I had gotten from Galaxy Store) and reinstalled it (from galaxy store).
fyi
I get a system error when registering the fingerprint. May someone help, please?

yes this is what I get as well...
has this been resolved yet?
Thanks for the tip, the option really appears, but I am only getting errors in PayPal
"try again later... "
Due to using a custom kernel I am getting the finger print bind failure. I am guessing it is a security feature for safety. Has anyone found how to fix this? (Play version and Galaxy app version).
Thanks

Funny thing for me is that the Paypal fingerprint login works on my non-rooted S6, but it does not work on my Galaxy Tab S where the Paypal fingerprint NNL NokNok login feature was natively installed on the Tab S out of the box.
I'm getting the same issue on my Verizon Galaxy S7 Edge with Android Marshmallow...

I managed to purchase some watch faces that were previously not available to non Samsung devices. Have Samsung note allowed those with non Samsung phones to buy apps?
I had to register a credit card with them, but it was easy.
Using lion gate watch face at the moment, was £0.98
Seems like a good news for non-Samsung users Which phone are you using?
Seeing paid apps in the gear app store on my LG V10 and have access to prevously bought stuff as well.
Edit: Tested purchasing as well and worked fine.

Were you able to able to register your credit card on Gear App itself or did you have to do it somewhere else online?
I have it paired with a Huawei Mate 7 and can only see free apps with no apparent option to add any credit card details.
Thanks.

I managed to register with the Samsung gear app store via the app. Didn't have to register anywhere else.
I had to do it on my computer. I kept getting error messages on the phone.
In my case it never asks for a credit card. I have even tried creating a new account on a PC. It must be geo locked or something of the sort.

Can you download the gear manager in playstore? In my case it started working with payed apps as i could download the gear manager from playstore. As long i used the app offered here in forum i only got free apps.
Sadly there are still free apps i can't see in store, like ntv, kommot or golfcard.

Hi Javan, I always downloaded the gear manager app from the play store. In the meantime I finally got a reply from Samsung and they basically said that paid apps are not supported in my country (Malta).
My problem is that I don't know at which stage this "country check" takes place.
1) Is it when I am creating the Samsung account? In this case I would be able to use a VPN workaround when creating a new account.
2) Is it when I download the Samsung gear app from the Play store? In this case I will need to root my phone and use a market unlocker.
3) Is it when I am accessing the Tizen store? In this case I have no idea ... it would be too cumbersome to workaround this [emoji22]
One way or another there has to be a workaround, I just want to avoid rooting the phone as much as possible.
If anyone has any ideas or managed to access paid apps in the store from a non-supported country, I would be forever grateful if you can share your solution.

These are the same things I've been thinking about this problem. Did you find any sollution? I cant imagine base on what it takes your location, IP address, google store, or what. What I found out today is that if you loggin samsung store Web, it displays among your info Country: XXXX
Hi guys.
1 week with a gear sport paired with asus zenfone 3 and I can't access any paid apps from Gear app... Just free apps showing to me.
Tried everything, reset, another phone (Nexus 5) and nothing.
Paid apps just show to Samsung phones?
Hi.
I have problem that i can't register credit card in gear s2 app store within gearmanager (i'm from Croatia - EU).
I have S4 with GPE 5.0.1 ROM, rooted, and was getting gear plugin force stop error when trying to start gearmanager app. So as advised in other thread i changed build.prop samsung entries to htc to be able to connect gear S2. After that i successfully connected gear s2 with phone and went to gear s2 app store to buy some watchfaces but can't add credit card. I tried different credit cards but to no avail, always getting error can't register credit card. On my wife's phone, S6 with original samsung software i could register those credit cards without problem. If i then use that account on may S4 with Gear S2 i now have registered credit cards and have option to buy apps in gear S2 app store but after i click on purchase nothing happens, store said that the app is purchased and that download of app is going to start shortly after but that never occur. On app itself after purchase there isn't usual notification INSTALLED but again i have the price of app in US$. After i click again on button with price all process is repeated again with no app downloaded...
Can someone have any advice on this issue?
Does anyone that installed gearmanager on non samsung ROM have ability to register credit card and buy apps?
Thanks...
I am from Pakistan and premium apps, themes, fonts are not available for download in my Galaxy store.
Is there a hack to remove this restriction without root?
One way worked for me when I removed the sim card and cleared galaxy app cache, it removed the restriction. But I cannot do it all the time.
Tried using a VPN?
Yes, tried VPN, tried adding a US samsung account, nothing worked...
Hello!
If I am living in an unsupported country Google pay app probably by default won't be visible inside the watch? (the same thing was with Samsung pay on Galaxy Watch 3). Or does this model already has a pre-installed Google pay app in all regions and we just need to have a valid credit card?
If not, is it possible somewhere to change the region of the watch or better purchase the UK/DE version instead of my countries version?
Thanks!
No, Google pay isn't preinstalled.
Will it be possible to install it like on mobile device and use it?
I am also living in unsupported country but it I can user google pay on mobile phone with apk installation...
Could be possible..

I tried sideloading the GPay app to the Watch via ADB and its working!
I'm from Portugal and it let me add my Revolut card with no issues.
I've not tried to pay with it yet but at least GPay is opening and showing the card.
I'll update tomorrow when i try.

I might have jumped the gun on this one. After a few hours the Watch disables GPay, and its has to be enabled again via Samsung Wearable. When this happens I can no longer select GPay as a payment method in NFC settings. I'll keep investigating, but it seems its not a permanent solution...

Hi! Could you please share the Gpay version that you've used and also the region set on your watch? I've tried sideloading multiple Gpay versions and while I was able to install it, it always crashes when I try to open it. Really curious to learn more about your particular setup.
After changing my watch's region to UK and sideloading this version of Google Pay to it, I was finally able to make it work (I'm in the Netherlands, where it's not officially supported on wearabels).
Were you able to pay with it?
I set mine Watch's region to Germany and sideloaded the Gpay app on the phone. I was able to add a N26 card (it didn't pick up the existing card I had), but after a while it simply was not in my watch's app drawer anymore. I was able to re-enable it in the Galaxy Wearable app and tried to pay with it, which failed (could have been the store I was at).
But now the Gpay app is gone again and I'm unable to re-enable it heh.
Ok. Installed gpay via adb, configured my visa. No problem or error until now. Later I will try to pay with my watch and see what happens.
After few hours gpay app is gone from my watch, and can't push it back via adb. Adb says "succes" but it doesn't apear in my watch . I read on internet that a VPN could solve the problem, I'm studing this option now...

I reset my watch and picked UK, then installed GPay from the Play store on the watch (which looks like it's the same version as the one you posted `2.135.389276953`) and GPay app still gets disabled after a while. Is the secret to side-load it instead of installing it from the Play Store ?
UPDATE: nope, still gets disabled and removed from the home screen even after sideloading
Same story here.
I have an LTE model. When initializing it doesn't list the Western European regions for selection. However I have a UK google account as well next to the primary.
Through that I am able to install Google Pay, through the watch from the Play Store, initialize it and use it.
Until it gets disabled.
The important part here is that is is not removed but disabled only.
Meaning, if I want to pay with the watch, I can find it in the play store on the watch again and enable it. Then it will work for a period.
I can live with this but it is hardly optimal....
So basically there aren't any working solutions to make Gpay working smoothly...

Yes, for me it is baffling that they are taking care of such important features as writing a process to block modules... when there is plenty there to improve upon... Like who cares if you have Samsung Pay or Google Pay on your watch? If you don't have a compatible credit card you are F..d anyway. Samsung own Messages app is bundled next to Google's. I use the later to have RCS, since Samsung does that feature region locked as well.... can I remove Samsung's Messaging app? Only if I purge it with ADB... otherwise it remains. But not the payment apps.... sigh. bonkers.
