Delayed Whatsapp notifications

Anyone else been getting delayed Whatsapp notifications since the last couple of updates?
I'm running WhatsApp 2.11.362 on my LG G3 running 10j firmware (4.4.2).
Quite often I've opened my QuickCircle case and suddenly the notifications come through - when I look at the message time it is minutes earlier though.
I've turned off wifi optimization and I've installed push notification fix (root) to no effect.

No notifications from Telegram on all ROM tested by me

Im using Telegram more than whatsapp. But now I have a problem where the Telegram's notifications does not stick to notification drawer.. It simply appear less than a sec and automatically disappear. I also enabled popup notification but the popup window just flash less a sec and disappear. I need to open Telegram in order to check the new message arrived.
At first, I thought the ROM which Im using at the time which is PACMAN LOLLIPOP, has a buh. So full wipe my phone and flash Blisspop. But same problem happen.
Then I thought maybe Lollipop was is actually the one has a bug. So I revert to stock ROM which is 44s. I'm surprised because telegram still did not giving me notification that stick in the notification drawer.
I asked my friend which using OnePlusOne and same rom, but they said they did not have a problem like me.
I contacted telegram and still waiting they reply to my question.
Hope any of you know how to solve this problem. It seems only me who experience this problem.

Anyone else having problems with messaging apps from notification menu?

I am participating in the beta of 7.1.2 and not sure if this problem is with the software version or persistent across other devices. I noticed that messages sent from the notification drawer (hangouts and allo) do not go through properly. Once I open the app and send a message, all of the unsent messages send immediately. Also with Allo, I don't receive messages in a timely manner, sometimes they come in hours later or only pop up if I open the app to the specific conversation. Anyone else experiencing these issues as well. On the Beta? What's the best way to report this?

Problem with notification service

Hey there! Is there someone else who has got trouble with the notification service? I've got the Honor 8 FRD-L09, with the latest update.
When I grant access to the notification service for an app it works. But as soon as I reopen this app, it doesn't work anymore. Then, I've to un-enable and re-enable the access in order to get it working again. I've experienced this with AL and Join, which where the only apps I recently gave notification access to...
Any ideas?
Maybe i am facing the same problem with WhatsApp for an week now. For me when I get the first WhatsApp notification it works well. But after replying to the message on WhatsApp or from the notification bar, the second notification or maybe the third repeats the first notification. I don't know why but maybe because i am a beta tester of WhatsApp. All the other apps like Allo and messaging works just fine
Would be interesting what causes these bugs...

Gmail led notifications not working anymore (since nougat update?)

Since nougat I'm not getting any more led notifications anymore for gmail. For all other apps (whatsapp, snapchat, SMS,...) it does work.
I have tried changing multiple settings: changing the priority, playing with both the inapp gmail settings and the android(samsung) notification settings,... I just can't get it to work.
Any fixes?
Did you update manually or via an OTA?
Because this is one of the symptoms of running the wrong bootloader version for Nougat normally caused by flashing a ROM without updating the bootloader, another symptom is vibration doesn't work.
