Question Audio and Bluetooth Issue - OnePlus 9

Bought the device two days ago. Facing following issues:
1. When phone rings or notification comes the audio comes from earpiece instead of the speaker.
2. The Bluetooth headphones are connected but audio comes from speaker.
3. The system sounds do not come from speaker but rather earpiece.
This is my first OnePlus device and this issue is pushing me to sell this right away and stick with Samsung.
Any suggestions?
My OS version: 11.2.9.9.LE25AA

Yeah, rollback to 1.2.8.8
I can't stand the new update. It's been doing weird **** for me everytime I flash it. Different things each time. This last time. My file managers showed my phone was empty. 0 KB lol. Like wtf

[Q] Speaker problems after using bluetooth

Hi everyone,
I've been using bluetooth devices with my captivate ever since I got it without any problems. But after updating to 2.2 last week, i noticed that the phone speaker stops working after you use your bluetooth headset once.
What happens is the following. After you use your bluetooth headset to talk on the phone for example, after that you cannot get any kind of sound to come out of the phone. There are no notifications, no ringing when someone calls you, not even music or sound from youtube videos, simply no sound at all.
The only way to fix it is to restart the phone, then everything goes back to normal until you use your bluetooth device again.
What I mean when I say using bluetooth device is, is actually using it for a phone call. The act of connecting the bluetooth device doesn't affect the speaker. The problem only occurs after using the bluetooth device.
This happens with both BT headset, BlueAnt Q2 and the BT built into my car.
I called AT&T last week with this problem and they gave me a refurbished Captivate and the same problem is happening on the replacement.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
Since upgrading I've lost my sound a few times. The only way to get it back is to reboot. I do use a bluetooth.
The other thing I've discovered is that while the bluetooth is connected when I get a notification, the sound that comes through the phone speaker is very choppy. If I turn off bluetooth the notification sound clears up.
We waited so long for such garbage.

At least the sound comes back for you. On my phone it does not, until I reboot the phone.

Sound issue Xperia Tablet

Hi all.
I have the Xperia Tablet S. I know it is a 2012/2013 device but I ran into an issue with the sound.
When I first did the setup walk through, all clicks and system sounds routed correctly through the built in audio. In fact, after about 10 minutes of being in the OS audio still worked correctly. After that, the audio seems to jump between "Headphones with Mic" and "Internal Speaker". My Mic obviously is cut off as well when it thinks there are headphones plugged in). It did this before I ever plugged headphones in.
I have been all over the web and this site seeing very similar issues with no REAL solution.
I have installed the Sound About newest BETA thanks to many of the posts in this forum because it shows me live where the audio is being sent. I can sit and watch it switch back and forth roughly 10-20 seconds sometimes quicker. It does know when I plug in a set of headphones and when I unplug but it wont keep one or the other permanently (unless it is headphones actually plugged in).
My main question is this.. Is it software of hardware? Obviously the tablet thinks there is something plugged into the headphone jack...sometimes. But it can work correctly as well sometimes. Just not for very long.
I can set Sound About to route everything all the time to the internal speakers but then that means every time I plug in headphones I have to turn off the app for it to work right.
-I have tried Sound About (works, but annoying to switch back and forth)
-Tried inserting and unplugging headphones in (and very slightly turning and wiggling the jack to see if it was a loose connection).
Again I have the Sony Xperia Tablet S running 4.1.1. (perhaps it is Jelly Bean bug). If thats the case ill deal with using Sound About.
Everyone here has always been awesome. I know far less about android than other OS's so I feel a bit more helpless. I just want to enjoy music and videos.

[Q] Whenever I plug my Ozone Oxygen I get an error saying Unsupported Acessory

Hello,
I bought an Ozone Oxygen ear phones today that when I plug them normally into my C1505 give me an "Unsupported Acessory" error.
But, if I plug them in partly, start a music and wait untill I hear the music playing in the ear phones, then push the rest of the 3.5mm jack into the phone, I can use them almost normally. the only thing that doesn't work is the incorporated microphone, which works in other android phones, like MotoG.
Is there a workaround to get the mic to work?
My phone is rooted, if it helps.
On suggestion by a friend, I tried leaving one of the three black bands in the jack outside and the microphone works. That said, I suspect that Sony has an apk that blocks any headset that isn't Sony-made.

[Help] Right audio channel is muted in both loudspeaker and earphones

My Pixel device produces no sound in the right speaker. When I got it the phone was already running Android 9. I thought it was a hardware issue and plugged in earphones (which work perfectly everywhere else), and there was no sound in the right earbud, either. It led me to believe this is a software issue, and I tried installing LineageOS which failed (exactly the same problem this thread talks about), and I gave up and used the method explained in an answer in the same thread to flash the official 9.0.0 (PPR2.181005.003.A1, Nov 2018) factory image from here (the version that came with the phone was from October).
Things I tried so far:
Rebooting.
Factory reset (while trying to install LineageOS the device got completely wiped a number of times).
Cleaning the speakers and earphone jack.
Switch "Mono audio" on and off in accessibility settings.
I'm guessing somewhere in the audio driver configuration file the right channel is muted. Can that be solved? I'll be really grateful if a solution can be found!

Not your typical headphone jack issue.

Hi guys im looking to see if anyone has any input on this issue.
Firstly the phone is a Pixel 1 running the current android beta. the phone works as it should but since the last update during the day if im listening to audio with my wired headphones i get a loud pop and all audio to the headphones is disabled but the song/podcast im listening to continues to play on (no sound), ok i thought maybe the usual lint in the port, so turned the phone off and i cleaned it out (very small piece in there) . Headphones worked for a bit again the POP again and the same thing happened. Im starting to think it may not be the actual port as restarting the phone lets me use the jack again, which leads me to think its a software issue as apposed to hardware??
So so far ive:
-cleaned headphone jack
-tried an alternate pair of headphones
-done a factory reset
If anyone has any input that would be great, the only other thing i can think to do is remove myself from the beta and go back to standard?
Thanks in advance
