You can't. Google Search is sort of the launcher itself, notice that you can't disable it. The "Launcher" is just an addon for Google Search and required it to work.

Okay, I just wasn't sure I had understood that correctly when I read it earlier today. I'll see if i can live with it or I'll go back to Nova. Thanks!
I suggest just use a custom launcher, you can always access Google Now by swiping up from the Home button.
Hi all.
I had nice Google dialer, that I had to press Send/End without dragging nothing...
After about a week I noticed that in my dialer I have to drag up to answer.
I use original Google phone, and pixel launcher.
No Nova/Apex.... stuff.
Can please anyone tell me where my dialer disappeared?

Try using a different launcher. Pixel launcher makes you drag up to access your app folder. Maybe it affects the dialer too.

With out it it's the same. I think it's new dialer and android 7.1.1...
I think they changed it server side (probably beta testing), because i lost it too, but my brother on his phone still has the new dialer.

Hi, I have an op6 and the gestures app. The issue is that every time you open an app full screen (a game for example or a call), returning for example to whatsapp and open the keyboard stops working the app (only when I have the keyboard displayed).
Any solution?

Maybe the oneplus original gestures? Why do you have installed an app when you've got gestures already there?

What do you need more than back recents and home in gestures? Btw, try another app instead of that one you're using
Hi every one.
I found the icon Screen Recorder when i slide down notificarion bar on newest update. But when i touch on it to active, it didt not work. Have tried many tines, same problem.
Then i arrange icons, the icon of Screen Recorder disappear. ?!. I have no idea aboutnit.
I also access on Seeting menu, but there are no button or anything to let me turn it on/off/acrivate.
Does any one had the săm problem?
Pks show me how to fix it.

If you're using stock Pixel Launcher, you should have always had it. You didn't before?

Suddenly? Stock launcher has it there by default.
Really, I think I'm getting Alzheimer's. Sorry for the spam. This is my 5th Pixel
