Unlocked Samsung S21, Missing OME - General Questions and Answers

I have an unlocked Samsung S21. I have a question about the missing OEM. How can I get into bootloader mode if OEM is missing...? Is it locked out...? Every time I click "enter" for Bootloader it simply reboots back to normal mode and I do have my S21 plugged into my laptop. What am I missing?

Once phone's bootloader got successfully unlocked it should be obvious that the "OEM unlock" option is no longer avaiable to you.

Stuck on Unlocking Bootloader screen - Alcatel Pixi 4

Hey all,
So Ive tried to unlock my bootloader but its not working, ive followed the steps from this site to unlock it but its stuck on the unlock bootloader screen. I have two options to choose from yes or no I click yes but it doesnt work, yet I click no and it takes me back to choose from fastboot, recovery and normal. My phone is a Alcatel Pixi 4.
I have enabled developer mode enabled usb debugging. I also have confirmed the RSA fingerprint for the computer. Also I have enabled OEM unlock in dev settings. This is what my cmd prompt window loooks like. I will also take a photo of my alcatel frozen on bootloader screen.

does anyone know why this is happening or know how to fix?
Also when I reboot my phone it takes me through the setup like I've reset my phone back to factory settings.
I've researched and found out the reason its stuck is because the bootloader is locked.

[HELP] Softbrick due to FRP Lock?

Hi there,
apparently I screwed something up while trying to prepare my 6X for Lineage
I did the OEM unlock but FRP Lock is still active and somehow this prevents me from doing anything else.
The combination of problems seems quite special, I've found (and tried) a lots of tipps for softbricked devices here but unfortunately none of them worked for me.
When restarting I get the warning that the device is not secure and will boot now - however it is stuck on "booting now" until the battery is drained.
It starts into Android when charged again but on every restart it will be stuck again.
When in "booting now" only Vol- key combination works when connected via USB to a PC. All other combinations (Vol+ , Power and Vol+/-) have no effect. Doesn't matter if connected to PC or not.
I can only get into fastboot, however I can't flash images (remote command not allowed), seems to be because of FRP lock.
The device is recognized (fastboot devices) and HiSuite sees it too. Drivers are OK IMHO.
Simply locking it again is not possible, the fastboot lock/unlock options don't work and when booted OEM unlock is greyed out in the options.
dload method is not available, because I can't get into erecovery since the key combination doesn't work.
I also tried factory reset, but:
doing it in the options doesn't work - it reboots and is then stuck in booting. After charging it everything is still there, so no reset at all.
doing it with *#*# 2846579#*#* doesn't work - says can't do it because I have a google account. Removed the device from my account, message remains.
erecovery is not available, can't get in the menue
Any help is greatly appreciated, I would be very happy to just restore it to default settings.
Cheers
Did you removed your screen lock password before unlocking bootloader?
yes, i did. At the moment I don't have a screen lock pw set. Should I set one?
Maybe you need to use dc unlocker
hm, not sure. I got the unlock code from Huwai and it worked. I read up on dc unlocker, how do you think it could help?

Look into DC unlocked Phoenix. It can write to the phone in fastboot mode if the bootloader and frp is locked. I used it and it worked... Cost 20 dollars not better than buying a new phone
Thanks, will try it in the next days and post my results.

Are there any ways to hardreset a bootloader locked phone with fast boot?

Hey everyone,
I have an LG G5 and I'm trying to hardreset it. I can't turn it on because it always goes into "incompatible module" mode, telling me to change the battery. The power button also doesn't work anymore.
I have however managed to get it into fast boot mode. From there I tried to use
Code:
fastboot erase userdata
but it says that the bootloader is locked. I checked with LG and they said that my particular phone (from Australia) can't officially be unlocked.
Now I'm looking for a way to either unofficially unlock it or to wipe all data with fast boot without having to unlock it. I can't use adb because it somehow doesn't recognize my phone, fastboot does.
Thanks,
Josh

Question Failed bootloader relock

Hello beautiful people of the internet!
I am in dire need of some help - today's morning I did the unthinkable and locked myself out of my phone once again, only this time I'm clueless how to fix what I have broken.
So i tried to lock the bootloader with fastboot oem lock and after I did, I got the "No valid operating system could be found" .
So now I'm stuck without any system to boot and flashing locked, and recovery doesn't exist either.
Is there anything I can do to fix it? I feel like I'm running out of ideas at this point.....
Thanks in advance!
The way to recover it is to flash it with an octuplus type box or another similar one. This can be done remotely, something similar happened to me with an LG and a Ukrainian repaired it for 10 or 15 dollars. Ask in the telegram group in case they know someone
I've been struggling to get mine working again, I'm at the point I need to remove an EM shield to pull a specific pin to ground to get to EDL mode...
Did you disable "OEM Unlock" in the Android developers settings? If you didn't, and since it's a Motorola, you can unlock your bootloader again with fastboot oem unlock <UNIQUE_CODE>.
(Side-note, it is a wonder why it's at all possible to lock the bootloader again without making sure "OEM Unlock" is enabled in case something goes horribly wrong and you can't do anything anymore with perfectly working hardware, forcing people to get to EDL mode, mode that is made less and less accessible over time. "OEM Unlock" should never be allowed to be turned off if the bootloader is unlocked.)
Pretty sure your problems are stemming from the use of fastboot oem lock, instead of fastboot flashing lock...
You can relock the bootloader, but only with fastboot flashing lock, as far as i know.
The moral of (my) story is, dont unlock if you want to relock later, the forum is littered with similar cases to this one sadly.

Question Re-lock OEM bootloader???

Goodnight all,
I unlocked the OEM bootloader and Rooted my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 using Magisk. It is a European model.
Now each time I start it I get warning messages that the security has changed as a result.
I reset my phone completely and I still have these warning messages on startup.
Is it possible to remove these warning messages because I will most certainly resell the phone???Is there a solution to lock the OEM bootloader again or is it irreversible???
Thank you in advance for your help and good evening to all.
This is by design. An unlocked bootloader should display the ORANGE state on boot to notify the user. This is normal, and no action is needed.
It is not possible to remove these warning messages as this is a result of the bootloader functioning as intended.
You can re-lock your bootloader if you want but make sure you have performed a clean flash with the factory firmware first. You would then follow the same process you used to unlock the bootloader (device off, hold both Volume buttons, plug in USB cable).
It's just a minor inconvenience though and does not affect device operation.
Good evening,
@V0latyle
if I understood your explanation , I download the latest firmware which is installed on my phone with the help of SamFirm or other software.
Then I use Odin in administrator mode and I select the file in the BL box, the file in the AP box, the file in the CP box and especially in the CSC box I put the CSC file (and not Home_CSC) in order to a hard reset of my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 phone. Once the flash is done, the phone reboots to factory state, I click the build number 7 times then I go to developer options and there I could finally lock my OEM development loader again??? Once I've done all of this
,will the bootloader security warning message go away???
Please tell me if I understood correctly please and above all thank you again for your help.

You don't have to do anything with Developer Options or the OEM Unlock toggle. OEM Unlocking only functions as a "safety" to permit you to unlock your bootloader.
If it is already unlocked, simply follow the instructions you used to unlock it after you enabled OEM Unlocking the first time - with the device powered off, use the key combo to boot into Download Mode, then hold Volume Up until you see the device lock warning. When you relock the bootloader, it will wipe data. Once done, no further steps are needed.
If you want to tinker with your device and enjoy the benefits of root, why not leave it unlocked? Sure the bootloader warnning is slightly annoying but again that's by design.
@V0latyle
ah ok, I understand better, I'm doing the reverse step of what I did the very first time I unlocked the OEM bootloader.
I put my phone in download mode by connecting it to my computer and then I hold the volume up key for a long time to lock the OEM bootloader. And if I understood correctly, once this is done, my phone will be factory reset and no more warning message on startup. That's right ???
In fact, I'm asking you all this because I want to sell my phone to switch to the S23 Ultra.
thank you for your help and your feedback

Yes, if the bootloader is locked and the firmware is original OEM, there should be no warning.
@V0latyle I'm testing all this to the letter tomorrow evening and in the process I'll come back for other people that it could help.
thank you for your help and keep you posted
Hello,
I did what you said and problem solved, the warning messages at startup disappeared.
Thank you again for your help @V0latyle
But u know that KNOX is triggered and u loose some of functions anyway even if you relock bootloader ?
