When i think about it, the only time 1440p would be nice to use is when your watching content like youtube or netflix and when your watching videos, your not *usually* doing anything else so the extra refresh rate isnt that useful while watching videos.
I know that the refresh rate is adaptive but is their any way to make the screen quality adaptive as well? Like have it be 120Hz/1080P normally but when watching content it switches to 1440p/60Hz? I know samsung has the "video enhancer" option but couldnt find any setting for what I was talking about so I thought maybe theres a 3rd party way of achieving this?
Thanks!!
Galaxy Max Hz is what you're looking for.

Every now and then, I happen across an app that although isn't very useful, has such a cool party trick it must be downloaded. I discovered TouchRetouch, a pretty good photo editing app. There are plenty out there (I've been a fan of PicSay Pro for a long time) but this one has a nice trick.
Ever taken a picture and had some unwanted person/item/eye-sore spoil it? Well this app has a very good interpolation trick to quickly remove it! Check these out which I have done (very quickly too)...

Get to the Choppaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!
Considering what the app had to cope with in the last photo, I think its done very well!
This is the free version. The paid version has the usual extra resolution stuff and extras.

hey, I don't know what happen and its kind of hard to name it, all videos and any "living images" or even vine and youtube videos are shown like in that video. I used the Win10 insider for about 2 weeks and it started, I though it a bug and reflash it back to win 8.1 but it still there!!
Please if anybody came across this problem tell me how do I fix it!
another thing, when I record a video and transfer it to my pc is also look like that!
please see the YouTube video under the name :"HELP - Lumia 930 video color pixle problem " (as I cant add links here)
I add also some screenshot of some random video on youtube
also screenshot while recording some video, you can see everything looks good and another screenshot of the same video when i play it from the gallery!

The Honor 9 Has Built-in Screen Recording
Something that most people stumble across by accident, when using their Honor phones, in the built-in screen recorder. You can trigger the native screen capture software by holding the power+volume up buttons.

It is important to note that these recording are only saved in a 720p resolution. Since this phone has a 1080p screen you're missing out on some precious pixels. Use an app like AZ Screen Recorder to capture the full resolution of your device.
Very nice! Thx for trick
U can even trigger it faster by doubble knock on the screen with 2 knuckles.
Doubble knock with 1 knuckle to take screenshot.

Just like the Exynos version that has display problems when QHD resolution is activated, the Snapdragon version also has problems, as shown in the video below:
As can be seen in the video, when QHD resolution is enabled, there are issues regarding the wallpaper rendering and also the main screen presentation.

Set in QHD, set displey mode on Natural, set fixed Hz in 120hz and try it.
Idk if the software is the same on all Snapdragon versions, but here it is S908EXXU1AVA7. Taking a look at the US version, the firmware is ...AVA6
Yep, tried that, still works ok for me, no glitches.
This a screenshot of the youtube app running on Android 12 on my Sony Xperia 1ii mobile.
As you can see, there is a bluish tint to the video - which should be pure white (this video is just an example - it happens on all videos).
The cast is not applied to the whole screen - just the playback box for the video itself.
If I watch the same video on my mac, on the youtube app on an adroid tablet, or on my mobile but within a browser, this does not appear.
Does anyone know why this is happening or how to solve it?
(Something which may or may not be connected: I noticed the other day that a very similar blue cast got applied to a video I uploaded directly to Twitter from my phone. But that cast applies whatever device I watch it back on.)
