Whenever I connect my dock, I am notified by the asus update service that there is an update available. When I click it, it goes to "MobileDock Firmware updating", and then sits there forever.
Does anyone have any tips/tricks to update the dock's firmware?
I don't know what happened, but this morning it updated fine...so nevermind!!!

Hello all !
I was in holidays when the latest rom came out for my Motorola Moto G. When i came back i directly activated the wifi and accepted to download the update... But since, it's still trying to update with no success.
I can't see anything moving but when i try to check for updates, it tell me it's already downloading. I can't receive any new emails or can't use Whatsapp properly... As soon as i'm on wifi.
So i was wondering if there is a way to "force" the update to start again, not to continue... So maybe it won't be bugged anymore. It's not rooted, normal rom and all... And i would like it to stay that way as possible.
Thanks for your replies,
Seilkane

I got this notice too today.
I update, it rebooted after I clicked on it. Normal boot, no update during boot, boot complete, it says system settings updated...
But I don't know what's changed? Also on the P20 Pro?
?
Maybe they are preparing for harmony os dual boot or something?

Did notice something saying that feature advisor is running
I received the same thing and I couldn't find any information regarding the update. Was thinking something is not right and not the usual update process we are used to.
Hopefully someone fingers it out.
I also got this push notification for system settings, wasn't a normal update. My device a Huawei nova 3i.
Edit: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=80680997&postcount=2
Honor 10 also received this system setting update.
Some news? I also received the update but I didn't notice any restart in recovery or changelog. Perhaps they have resolved the excessive consumption of the battery due to the system IU process.
The same with me today mate 20 pro
I noticed this update at the morning. I assumed it's related to daylight saving time. For example Israel moved the clock 1 hour back yesterday night.
updated but no clue.

Hello everyone!
I just download the last update via update in the phone and normally it boots me into TWRP then I search install it and thats it. The thing is that this last update unfortunately when the logo is installing in the middle throw me an error E1001 Error 1 and semi brick my phone, when I choose restart it literally throws me back to Fastboot.
Did anyone encounter the same fate? Or maybe my update file got corrupted?
Any ideas how can I fix this and have the last update installed for this ROM?
Thank you!

Try August 1st update. Dev quickly fixed it probably after 31st July build.
Where can I download that? on the webpage the last build with GAPPS is the 31st
Thanks for the reply
I just redownload the update for the 31st with GAPPS and now booted like a charm.
I believe my OTA Updater file got corrupted or something like that.

Nice to hear that. Sometime, updating directly from phone turn out disaster (4 from 5 in my case). Thus I prefer to download the build in the PC then do the update manually. Please note that it may caused by my network stability also.
Hello everyone, I installed GM for about 6 months and just now I realized that I can't get OTA update from the settings, only from Hisuite. When I updated from Hisuite and go to the update settings I can't see anything about the update (screen shot attached) I tried to read and see YT videos about it and nothing helped me. I hope that someone has the answers about it and if it can be fixed.
Thank you
