Hello, how do I get to migrate my files correctly from a Moto G7 Power Android 10 to the Poco X3 Android 11
I use the native app of the Poco to get my files from the G7 and as you can see in the pics below, all I get is empty folders and corrupted files

Not sure if this is a miui or Poco f3 problem. But when I push copy on the OTP SMS it doesn't copy.

The Host files on my android (Redmi 11 Pro 5G) aren't working, I factory reset the phone And the issue still persists. Where can I download the Host files and where is the Directory in the phones files?
