I have Xiaomi Mi Max 3 , it was functioning well untill I decided to install global ROM , now there is no sound , can't make any calls , can't play music , videos , I get errors or phone freezes , have tried all stock and custom ROMs using fastboot and recovery nothing works , please help

I have searched and read many forum threads... but my problem remains... I was too eager to stock a better ROM into my NOTE-2 clone and I have successfully managed to make it useless...
Please if any one could make it work...
Condition:
1) screen shows up on start but no clear picture
2) phone detected as MT-65xx (needs driver)
3) screen touch not working
even if sim is installed, still no response for msg or call

Search drivers and stock rom for your device and flash it back with mtk flash tool.
I own a ZTE Blade G 4.1.2 Android device , i recently installed a stock Belgium ROM from the ZTE official site .
I installed it straight from the phone it didnt require CWM , so I installed it straight from settings -> developer settings -> install update from SD Card . The installation went smoothly , i was very satisfied. I then rooted it. And then because i'm very smart of course , i decided that my speakers need a 'boost' so i downloaded an app called Beats Audio Installer . The app installed and then asked for a reboot. It rebooted and it's stuck on the ZTE Logo . From what i've heard i need to have a custom recovery so that i could do anything , which i don't . I can go in to the stock recovery fine , i tried installing the rom again from the stock one but it just says install /sdcard and then shuts off . Im guessing it's some sort of a verification process which this Rom isn't passing . Please Help , i'm a total noob at this.

I resolved my issue by downloading the stock firmware that came with the phone from the ZTE website , installed it in the stock recovery , then after installed back to the belgium and installed the clockwork mod . Rom version: miui 5.5.1
so now i downloaded the miui6 version then just as stated in http://en.miui.com/thread-11242-1-1.html selected the file it went on till 98% but then sumthing in chinese came up and it got rebooted. Now everytime it boots only in "mi recovery" mode . I even reset all data but no use just the same.
Flashboot also done:
I did as was stated in http://en.miui.com/a-234.html using "mi flash" it went on till 10% but then stuck with an error .The screenshot would not get uploaded so here are the details.

I cant get out of the recovery mode.
Now Phone bricked(phone wont startup in any mode):

getting an error reached the end of file (0x80070026 receiving hello packet)..
now what to do still phone not starting.
i used the indian as well as chinese version but same
i used flash all and even flash all except data storage but still same.

hello there !
on my phone i installed many custom roms , its L78011 LEnovo Z5 .
QFil always could fix any phone break , but now in factory stock rom there is bugs .
before there was not , but now after twrp and all these qfil cant fix bugs .
i mean auto rotation not works and media player is stopping .
it have 8.1 and 9.0 android , when i install 9.0sound is stopping in every 4-5 second and when i install 8.1 sound is stopping fully and video not playing....reboot fixs it , but after some time its still happening . can anyone help me ?
i really need help , im like this last 3 month .
nothing works.. idk why cant qfil fix it , may be its pernamently damage ? but why reboot fixs then ? it means its programming issue.

I bought my dipper like a month ago and now im having random reboots,freezings,and sim cards not detecting and baseband being unknown sometimes after reboot..and sometimes it fails to boot the system and staying only in mi logo or miui animation..ans it gives error like find device storage corrupted and getting reboting frequently with every miui rom and every custom roms this happening..tried flashing stock rom via mi flash/fastboot method and edl modewoth auth acc..but same happening over and over again..now im on stock global miui 12.0.2 recovery rom with orange fox recovery beta..help me with this to solve..im really fed up with this..thank you
