Hi experts here,
I just purchased a Oneplus 8T KB2007 (T-Mobile variant) with KB09CB OS. It doesn't seem to be carrier locked as I can use other carriers with it. Anyone can link me a guide how to flash the firmware to KB05AA version?
Thanks in advance.

I've tried searching and have had no luck or have just gotten more confusing results, but how can root a fully unlocked T-Mobile OP8? The bootloader is unlocked and I am next trying to root it, so I can fix my dumb mistake of bricking the fingerprint scanner from relocking the bootloader (couldn't use a lot of apps). If there is a way to fix the fingerprint scanner without rooting, please let me know. I understand that is has to do with a broken persist.img, but I do not know how to correct this.
From what I've read about rooting the OP8, you need to have the firmware of the same version installed on the device and since T-Mobile variants don't publicly have their firmware available (can't find them anywhere) and I can't patch the payload.bin (because of lack of firmware download availability)...
Thanks!

Hello
I have a habit of collecting all available versions of roms for my phone. (yes I am a datahoarder).
For Global, Indian and EU roms XDA is a great source for both full roms and MSM tools.
But as Global rom use Googles ota server (for unknown reasons) a full OTA rom is not provided only incremental. And oneplus has only made one full zip available on their website.
Do anyone have links to or saved file for incremental zip files of various version for the Global rom?
Thanks
Qnorsten

Hey all, my T-Mobile IN2017 just took the A11 update (11.0.1.3.IN55CB) without any prompting, and I've lost root. Is there a working TWRP and/or patched boot img I can use to regain Magisk root?

I know that there's a guide on how to root the rog phone 5 and I tried that but it doesn't work for my phone and I guess it's because I upgraded to the Version WW-18.0840.2103.26 which is the latest released on 4/26. Is there any way that I can root my device with this version?
