These are the boot images for the stable version of OOS 11.
Stock: Mega
Magisk Patched: Mega
You can boot the Magisk Patched boot file and direct install through Magisk manager to retain root, this is currently the only way i know of to obtain root on OOS 11 without an updated recovery which at the time is not available.

Hello,
If I understand well, just flash the patched boot file from (magisk manager) A10 or should first update to A11 and flash the patched boot file under magisk manager ?
Thank you.
thanks
does this work for 11.02?
I ask this because if i boot a twrp via fastboot my phone hangs on fastboot and if i flash a patched bootfile the booting process does not end. It hangs on the bootanimation, though i can login te phone with adb shell and even get root.

You need to follow some steps
1.donwload and Install twrp recovery info about how can install Twrp recovery you find in this link
https://www.xda-developers.com/how-to-install-twrp/
2.donwload supersu in zip
Link:http://www.supersu.com/download (recommend the latest version)
3.turn your phone in recover mod (volume up +volum down )
4.install supersu in zip via Twrp recovery
5. Restart your phone this process (is automatically made by the phone)
6.and now kernel is not enforced
Remember
you should know that this process takes you 100 mega to your phone and most important you need to root your phone ,if you don't know how ??? I upload link to learn how can root my phone

After doing that, i cant boot into TWRP custom recovery.
I've tried typing "fastboot boot twrp.x.x.x.img" right after this screenshot, tried using the power+vol up button and all other possible combinations, and it doesn't work. If I try to reboot and then go to recovery by using the "abd reboot recovery" command, or using the power+vol up button on my phone, it goes into the default recovery.
I've tried at least 20 different twrp.x.x.x.img files, in both linux and windows, and nothing seems to work. And yes, my adb is up to date.
Phone: Redmi Note 7 Pro "Violet" (Unlocked bootloader)
That is a problem with me too. I have as amsung tab 2 and I wanted to install a modded stock rom (4.1.2) so I downloaded old version of twrp and installed it via twrp ( newer version) and it installed successfully (at least it said so) but when I reboot to recovery, I don't have any recovery. Why ????
Trying to update magisk via direct install using latest magisk manager v23 on rooted S10 on pie.

Install goes well according to this ^
But when I hit reboot, and then hold down power+bixby+vol-up to get back into root mode, it always gives this error when starting magisk app
So the update fails every time.
Since Magisk Manager v23 wont even show the current magisk version- upon downgrading to MM 8.0.7, we see that it never upgraded magisk past 19.4 (19302)
Also the "additonal setup" never completes when we try that from 8.0.7, fyi, and the Update button is greyed out too.
What is the next step to getting magisk 20.4+ working with a recent version of the app?
Thanks!
pls help
Don't think a matching TWRP exists:

Hello,
I have a few google pixel 1's that all have different build versions, and I don't want to download, patch and install the boot.img for each separate build.
I have a downloaded a Full OTA zip from google that I want to install on my devices: 8.1.0 (OPM1.171019.012, Jan 2018). As I already have the patched boot.img for this, I figure it will be faster.
I tried booting into TWRP -> advanced -> adb sideloading but it says the zip file is invalid. So that didn't work with this particular zip file.
I have used payload-dumper-go to dump the contents of payload.bin and have all these images inside:

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Can these be flashed manually from fastboot? And if so- in what order do I need to do so?
Is there any other way to install this older build version onto a google pixel 1?
