unknown to the consequences i tried to flash official firmware from a custom ROM, after boot loader unlock. which led me to hard bricking my Poco X3 NFC 2 days back i am unable to retrive my device using Mi flash its gives u dont have an authorized account.
i am unable to boot in to Fastboot mode but my device is getting detected in Miflash software.
Please help me get my device running.

I did it several times using Method 2 for my IDO device. But please super be careful, the border between softbrick, hardbrick and deadphone is narrow here
Hope you could did it just using 1st method.
Try to get it in EDL MODE. By adb oem edl
Or adb reboot edl
Edl mode will save your device it can be your last resort

Hi all my friends
I have a problem with Mi 6x after flash rom from Baidu website. My phone now stuck on edl mode. I try to flash officail fastboot rom to unbrick but i got error "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><data><log value="ERROR": only nop and sig ag can be recevied before authentication."/></data><?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><data><reponse value="NAK"/></data>".
-I can't boot to recovery.
-When i boot into fastboot mode it is showing Fastboot for 1-2 sec and than automatic boot to edl mode by itself.
-I tried with many Fastboot rom version and Mi flash tool Version but no luck.
-I already asked at Mi6x Global forum but no one can help.
-I also asked at Mi6x china forum but hard to communication in English.
So my last asking is here. Hope anyone can help. Thank in advance.
Same error with Mi 8 Dipper , until now still bricked
Same error in Redmi Note 5 CN. You can try Latest MiFlash 2018 and you will be prompted to authentic xiaomi ID which has permission for EDL flashing. Authenticate it and Voila!

Look out for paid service online, don't think any free way
Have you the Chinese model and relocked the bootloader after flashing Global ROM via fastboot or what?

Try to re unlock the bootloader again with mi unlock tool

sir it cannot be done because all associated account with devices are removed now , or you are saying that i can unlock bootloader without adding account .

If you haven't added another account after wipe your device is probably that you can unlock it
Hi guys, my friend got a new Xiaomi 12X and while trying to flash a global rom he bricked the phone into fastboot mode only.
We can't flash a new rom through MiFlash because it says that the device is locked. We can't boot into the system anymore to do the unlock process. No access to recovery mode, FASTBOOT ONLY.
How can we proceed? I know that there's probably some way to do this without unlocking, china sellers from AliExpress and stores like that do this every day to change from china to global ROMs.

You're looking for the fastboot rom, specifically, available on the offical website and on one of these forums. That's the one you can push from fastboot on your PC
the other methods won't work while its stuck in fastboot

you need patched firehose for the Poco F3. so go in that forum and search for "firehose"

Try to get to the recovery or fastboot. If not possible, you could need to follow a EDL Method to flash the entire motherblard after the hard brick

I'm pretty sure that if you try to relock bootloader on a ROM that's not the original, it'll brick your phone. Sounds like it did just that.
Are you able to get the phone to fastboot mode? Does your PC recognize it, and can you successfully send commands to it?

Flashing in EDL mode on this type of device requires a Xiaomi account with special authorization.

So it is only reserved for customer and technical support. I see things change a lot during this year.
I hope that OP could fix this without go through the assistance way.

It's been like this for a few years now, which makes the phone with a locked bootloader unusable in case of theft or loss.
