After that you can decide if U want to post this guide, I can change the IMEI and other stuff.
The certificate thing will be more hard to acchieve - Will have to use the Z3S toolbox.
If any 1 can help you and give you the mmcblk0p14 ( EFS ) recovery backup of G355H that will be a starter.
No infos will be used or shared.
Yust need a working backup of EFS ( In recovery or just plain copy/cat of /dev/block/mmcblk0p14 If any1 can help you

If u were referring to imei sertification signature I just compare it with 2 gc2 phones. Its same. WiFi Mac address could be found at box that came with phone and Bluetooth Mac address is last digit or character - 1 (eg. Wifi 4 or C - Bluetooth 3 or B)
msl code could be calculated but when I open file msl_code as text I don't know in what format is it or how to decode it. Also when I compared msl_addr with other gc2 it was different and in strange format.

Did research with our Phones, have sucessfully fixed 2 phones G355HN ( without any software or box ! ) for EFS removal

MSL is the key, have a way of bypassing MSL Check. msl_addr and msl_code is indeed in strange encoded format, but if u bypass it there is a way it can load radio without check and use the network.

Nice to hear some feedback ... Good one specially. MSL/SPC is a leftower for android CDMA ...
I found out that the factorymode is also one good starting point to get ppl pissed off ...
There is also a good number of other checks here in EFS ... don't want to talk about it.. it's obvious ( /FactoryApp/)
Have U found any diffs regarding hist_nv,test_nv,prodcode in same subdir ?

Please do not spam in between threads with different goal.

First of all EFS is strictly personal informations and it's kinda binded with operator and OEM info ( like IMEI number/s, Serial no ...
There are a lot of interesting post here in xda and google.

If U want to use your current network preferencess,cell number and current network data access and your phone you will have to fix your current EFS.
First you may politely ask some user if they can provide/help you with EFS backup of your exact model of phone.
Second you'll need IMEI1/IMEI2 number and serial no to restore your EFS config. Those infos are on the back of the battery on the phone.
Second if U have luck with it you will be rewarded, but for now your current phone is out of order with any sim card !
And third try to explain what have you done with your phone to change/erase EFS in detail.
The rest is up to U ...
First of all try backup and provide me with your current EFS backup. Hope your phone is rooted.

I did flash a custom rom on G355H core 2 after that my imei is 000000000/01 of both sims can't make call or sms only emergency call ??? Please help me
After flashing some custom rom you may lose IMEI numbers and phone loses its network. How to restore IMEI numbers of MediaTek Chipset phone?

while until a week ago it was good.
i didnt flash any rom ,recovery or ... since 3 months ago.
But suddenly happened
my rom was : gnabo v8 , recovery : cwm
i test full file rom (4 files ) (Official 4.4.2) But it did not change.
also
i use imei changer app But it does not work ( i changed imei to the correct amount but also There are shows messages
not registered on network. , and Emergency calls only. )
How can I solve this problem ?

Fail to backup EFS then SEARCH .

Unfortunately i dont have bakcup of efs
and
I have a lot of search but Was useless.
i fixed many huawei imei but But Samsung is very difficult.
its not difficult that i take to a service center . But I like that learn and fix by myself.

I do not want to use another person IMEI.

I have a Prada that fubared after a simple flash! :/ (all calibration gone - IMEIs, WiFI, BT, network, whole package)
Unfortunately the bootloader is locked and I'm an wits end as to what to do to fix it.
I managed to write IMEI1 and 2 but tried and failed every method posted out there for bluetooth and WiFi addresses fix.
For some reason the QCN I downloader for it is never properly written, while one for another model is actually finishing ok!!
Also, unable to request bootloader unlock (phone will not bind the account in dev options).
I'm open to any suggestion.

if we flash the 2080227 stock rom we will lose the IMEI and Baseband information in Settings.
the IMEI and Baseband is still there its just that it dont show in settings anymore.
Why:
stock rom 20180227 contains all images of the official Stock Rom as dump.
also modemst1.img and modemst2.img. in that images are the imei information stored.
baseband information is stored in fsg.img
but why it dont restore also the imei info in settings ? maybe its region related. we dont know that yet.

This will restore the IMEI numbers into settings for slot 1.
Slot1 and slot2 will be similar then.
1. Install xposed manager APK. You have to have root for that.

3. Download this app from playstore (IMEI changer)

4. Your imei is written on your u pro box back cover.
Enter the IMEI in the app. Save it and reboot.
Done!

LOL . I did not tested that.just uninstalled framework and xposed app and the IMEI is gone. You are right. WTF

For me without any changings the IMEI isn't gone. With *#06# I see two IMEI
I'm on eragon 4 but I've had to make a factory reset after update from 3 to 4 (there were some problems like system settings not working)

I guess the problem of losing the IMEI was caused if someone flashed the stock rom 0227. It was overwriting modemst 1 and 2 where the IMEIs are stored. Eragon doesn't do that.
I have found appropriate tools (also via xda), which perfectly fulfill the task...
QUALCOMM smartphone write IMEI tool 1.01
QMSL IMEI and SN writer 1.4
But apparently the tools do not support the chipset, or I have not yet found a way to use the tools accordingly.
If someone has experience with these tools…

Already tested them a few days ago. They don't work.
Feedback of my progress so far:
I use NV ram tool to try to restore IMEI.
I was able to build IMEI but it did not flashed it because of a driver (diagnostic mode) problem.
I just have to find the right driver. Lol.
Sound funny , but I have around 100 different diagnostic drivers for Qualcomm devices.. one is the right one I hope ....

Been looking through XDA threads hoping to get some ideas on missing IMEI thing. I'm also trying to run a NV Backup using the QFIL program and up to now I wasn't able to do that, the blue 'start' button was always disabled(diagonal gray stripes) with the COM port and diag driver ON. I think, the problem is related to the lack of IMEI/ESN etc.., because today I hooked up my spare Moto G4 Play and got the NV bckp from it. Then, after that, I actually had a little success with Upro, I used the same diag driver which poped-up with Moto, HS-USB 9091 (instead of 900D), it's also a Qualcomm driver, found it on my desktop(uncheck: show compatible drivers to see it) Not a total success but, at least I could start the bckp. It failed, still, I've never gotten this far. Can you try and see if you're able to get the NV backup w/o IMEI#?
Is there a way to somehow convert to text the .qcn files? How about editing it, if that's possible then the imei could be written into saved files and fed back into the phone using 'restore'. Just saying, am clueless on that.

I am ready to try the IMEI edit on my Upro. I was dry practicing today on .qcn files extracted from Moto 4g Play, navigating the .qcn with this editor http://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/ , finding the proper columns and rows, playing with hex./dec. conversions guided by this: (watch?v=zn_D6TEFABQ)
But I'm still missing the most important element: the actual Qfil generated .qcn backup files from my Upro, can't get it. You guys have any suggestions?

Are you in diagnostics mode? Which driver # do you see.

Its a placebo fix or better only a solution for fake/anonymize the IMEI for apps only!
If the provider needs the IMEI to connect to his network it is not working!
With a app on phone you can not bring back the IMEI, its stored in the NVRAM.
You have absolut no write access to this "partiton" on a running system.
for real restoring you must flash it!
