The other version is just a port, this one is specific for the 9T / K20.

Just say that the pop up camera has been fixed and the battery life has come close to what the stock offers .

Thx for the report about OTG, gonna check.
Sadly, PE does not include any features other than the Pixel ones, so I can't add Color calibration to this ROM if I hope to make this official.
I'm building plus version right now.

If you are using another AOSP rom, wipe system, data, dalvik and caché and flash PE. It worked for me.

I will write the steps I do, maybe some of them are not needed, but never had a bootloop/brick, so, I always follow them
• Backup (OTG)
• Format data
• Factory reset
• Reboot TWRP
• Flash the rom
• Reboot TWRP
• [Optional] Flash GApps (not needed in this rom), flash Magisk and flash dm verity/forceencrypt disabler (I use my device decrypted)
• Reboot

Well so if my twrp ask for code mine it's encrypt right ? Do I need permissive 4 ?
What kernel should I use venom it's ok ?or 4.14 hairuka ?

Yes, it's encrypted. No, permissiver is to change your selinux state.
If you want to disable encryption, you need this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/universal-dm-verity-forceencrypt-t3817389/
I always use the one that comes with the rom. Can't recomend any of them, sorry.

OTG works for me coming from xiaomi.eu 10.3.15 base but only when i boot into the system through TWRP.

Hi to all... I am using mi8(dipper) isextended ui developer can make a excellant rom for us? Extended ui is perfect rom but for dipper it has some bugs..

I ask it cause developper stopped workin at dipper version.. but ı love this rom and ı wanna use ıt sooo much...

Wow...a hidden gem among roms. Using since a week. No heating, random reboots and laggy ui. Even deleting huge files doesn't take time. Well after being frustated from stock rom ofcourse. Since capera2api is activated already, gcam by thedise works smoothly. After ARcore magisk module...it's perfect. Also ANX camera works smoothly...only autofocus in pro mode doesn't work and of course no switch to secondary camera lens. But added thing is intelligent ui and bimoji in cam itself.
Huge advantage of this rom: Xiaomi parts containing display vibrance, mi sound and controlling kernel for gaming mode.
Combination of pixel and miui. No unnecessary huge settings. Battery back up great and no heating.
Even Google Play Store shows certified device.
Rom unrelated question: while flashing, my internal storage was encrypted and couldn't decrypt resulting in formatting data to install rom. How can I prevent it?
And I am never in hurry so please update this rom once in 2-3 months if possible OR just keep alive. This surely is a stable rom. Love to use it as a regular rom.

For the encryption issue: I guess you directly flashed extended UI after stock. If this this is the case then format data is necessary.

-screen freezes when turn off wifi to on mobile internet and on open any app loading
-reboot when screen freezes

The settings app is messed up. It works but the icons and headers in System are not correct but they take you to the expected places when clicked on. It's completely random. I added a screenshot so you see what I mean...

hi, so far the kernel is in a alpha stage, so there aren't many features. i've debloated FMRadio then isn't there.

Is camera Working with full strength ?

Um using version 0851 and have to say this ia te best software i ever used.
muti605 you made a miracle, its stable, good battery and faster than a S10+ 12 GB running Android 12 official.
You ar te best of this world!!!!
Its perfect, camera Google from play store dont work.
But other cameras work.

If I'm not mistaken, you should do:
- Clean Flash;
- Reboot to recovery
- Take a backup
- Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik, Vendor
- Flash ROM
- Format data(if you are using FDE build)
- Flash Fcrypt [If you want to decrypt else u can skip]
- Reboot

I've been using PixelPlusUI 3.7 until now, and I'm thinking of installing PixelExperience.
I really don't care about new features nor about eye candy, I just want something updated and stable.
Anyone found any bug on the latest version of PixelExperience? USB Tethering and everything else ok?

Thanks, the only thing I don't understand is what is FDE build? and how to know which one I have, I haven't made any changes to my phone, I have it original with Android 9.0, I just want to install the pixel experience (I know I have to unlock the bootloader, flash the twrp etc)

I think that FDE means Full Disk Encryption. If you are not going to use encryption, I think that you don't have to format. I might be wrong, so you should format just to make sure everything goes well.
Let me know if you make it.

Thanks a lot. Installed on the phone which is not the current driver. The ROM is fluid and Graphene thing is a welcome addition. Will update if I encounter any bugs. After testing, I'll install Voltage OS on Redmi K20 Pro too. Heard much positives about it.

Try either a different browser, or rename .bin to .zip after download

this rom gives me highest Antutu scores with Frenzied Flame Kernel .. but i felt RAM management is not good as LOS ..
also some useful customization is missing like hw button backlight off options...(which is important for me)
wanted to stay on this but i revert on CrDroid..

New build with better ram management is coming, also added libperfmgr for better battery and performance.
And for the hwlights, we are working for a toggle to switch on and off for roms that dont include hwlights stuff

Thank you for the ROM and Kernels.
I noticed an issue on my 3GB Mido that I also had with LineageOS: When in a Discord call and locking the phone, it will disconnect from wifi after a few minutes, only reconnecting when unlocked. This of course ends the call, but also prevents notifications from coming through. No battery saving options are enabled and the setting that turns wi-fi off after a certain amount of time is also not enabled.

If you could provide logs, that would be helpful, since Im not facing disconnects
