What is LineageOS?
LineageOS, also known as LineageOS Android Distribution and Lineage (/ˈlɪn.i.ɪdʒ/), is a free and open-source operating system for smartphones and tablet computers based on the Android mobile platform. It is the successor to the highly popular custom ROM CyanogenMod, from which it was forked in December 2016 when Cyanogen Inc. announced it was discontinuing development and shut down the infrastructure behind the project. Magisk Installation:
Download Magisk Canary build from the link below and install thru twrp and reboot to system. Modules do work.
Note: Once rooted, do not alter/remove any system apps using any third-party apps like system app remover, etc. Otherwise, it will cause bootloop.

ROM Quick Review
Screenshots in zip attached.
 Internal and External SD Card storage are accessible.
 Lockscreen options working fine.
 Volte Calls and data works. Used Jio for testing.
 Calls thru Bluetooth devices are working.
 In-call volume is loud. No issues.
 Call recording available and works alright.
 Media/music plays fine thru speaker.
 Default camera (front & rear) photos and video recording working without issues.
 Interface is smooth, same as LOS ROM.
 Double Tap to sleep on lockscreen works.
 Adaptive brightness works.
 Hotspot works.
 Too early to say about SOT, but battery backup seems good.
 Magisk root (canary builds) works including modules. PROCEED WITH CAUTION ONLY IF YOU KNOW HOW TO ROOT THIS DEVICE. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF LOSS.
NOT WORKING:
 Music thru Bluetooth devices.
 Fingerprint.

Excellent ROM. One thing I can confirm is that encryption doesn't work. First I tried to flash on encrypted data and when I am prompted to enter PIN it keeps saying Wrong PIN. Then I formatted data and everything went right. I tried to encrypt it again afterwards, then I got into a bootloop.

What happens if you try to use NTFS formatted USB drive? Decided to check it out and it worked for me.

The latest assembly pleases with its stability, speed, autonomy.
To further refine the awakening of the screen in double tap and the perfect firmware will be straight!

For me getting very good battery backup of around 4 hours sot and nice idle drain. The best i have been getting in long time. Snappy rom with no bugs.

Can you explain the issue with double tap to wake? Works fine for me.
Making it more responsive would probably increase idle battery drain, so I would prefer not to change it.

It's not on the official website, because these are not official builds.
Gestural navigation is pretty much broken if you don't tinker with build.prop manually. Seems to be an issue on another devices aswell that have hardware buttons (like Xiaomi Mi 5 etc).
Yes, everything is the same like for other phones that run this custom ROM.

the pop up is a known problem but don't worry, it doesn't affect at all the experience.
gcam doesn't works as this rom is a64, gcam works only on arm64 roms

Great rom! Unfortunately, i couldn't get the SIM card to work, its dead. I even flash trough orange fox and everything. It's there anything that i can do to fix this problem? Any help is welcome!

I have found that my phone often automatically shuts down while in standby mode.

A couple of hours on this ROM (2.5) and I've already found some issues.
1. There is no lockscreen rotation setting so I edited /system/build.prop with "lockscreen.rot_override=true" but it didn't work. That was working on Arrow OS.
2. Volume is a mess. Speaker is not loud enough. On the other hand the headphones volume is loud as hell. The same issue was on Arrow OS. I had to play with mixer_paths.xml until they fixed it.
3. Gesture key settings are also broken. It shows wrong pattern even if it's turned off. And you can't turn off the dots for the blind entry.
4. The PlayerPro music player couldn't find any media files despite getting access to the storage. After returning to Arrow OS PlayerPro found all the files immediately.

The screen turns on automatically after screen timeout, voltage-2.5-X01BD-20230506.

Um using version 0851 and have to say this ia te best software i ever used.
muti605 you made a miracle, its stable, good battery and faster than a S10+ 12 GB running Android 12 official.

- Night Light doesn’t work at all;
- Colors: Natural, Boosted, Adaptive doesn’t work either;
- Extra dim also is problematic.

If I'm not mistaken, you should do:
- Clean Flash;
- Reboot to recovery
- Take a backup
- Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik, Vendor
- Flash ROM
- Format data(if you are using FDE build)
- Flash Fcrypt [If you want to decrypt else u can skip]
- Reboot

I've been using PixelPlusUI 3.7 until now, and I'm thinking of installing PixelExperience.
I really don't care about new features nor about eye candy, I just want something updated and stable.
Anyone found any bug on the latest version of PixelExperience? USB Tethering and everything else ok?

Thanks, the only thing I don't understand is what is FDE build? and how to know which one I have, I haven't made any changes to my phone, I have it original with Android 9.0, I just want to install the pixel experience (I know I have to unlock the bootloader, flash the twrp etc)

I think that FDE means Full Disk Encryption. If you are not going to use encryption, I think that you don't have to format. I might be wrong, so you should format just to make sure everything goes well.
Let me know if you make it.
