Hello XDA
I have a problem with my F2. My mobile banking app cannot recognize my fingerprint reader. So after scrolling through the settings I have noticed the app does not have the permission to access the fingerprint reader. Tried to set the permission but there isn't even an option to set it.
Anyone else had similar issues?
Searched google but no luck so far.

Ok, so my phone was recently stolen. It's a Redmi 1S. Location settings are off but has internet connection. Whatsapp is still active on the phone as well as the google account.
I'm able to access some features like remote lock through Android Device Manager.
I find it strange that the phone has not been resetted and the account removed yet, but I was able to lock the phone.
I was able to remotely lock the phone using ADM and I also had the idea of using the browser play store to install an app whenever it connects to the internet.
But, the location settings are off so I am unable to locate it.. is there any way to enable the setting remotely? If I am able to remote lock should there not be a way to turn on GPS remotely?
Is there any app that would turn on GPS as soon as it is installed? That might help...
Looking forward to a few quick and helpful answers..
Recently the BBC app will not work on my Huawei Mediapad m5, either nothing loads or I get messages saying check my internet connectivity. The app does not work correctly unless I use a VPN, for instance I am using the 1.1.1.1 app. Also I have the smart lookup feature for Microsoft Word will not work unless I use a VPN.
Is anyone else having this issue? To be honest I am kinda creeped out, is Huawei doing something sketchy with teh wifi data?
I haven't encountered anything like that so far with any apps.
I tried to switch mobile data with macrodroid app but it doesn’t work. ADB permissions are set but i found no solution.
My phone is a EU version of Poco F2 Pro running with the last update.
is there somebody around there who knows a way to do that?
Hello!
I have Poco X3 NFC with built-in MIUI 12 (Android 10) with latest secpatch.
I didn't unlock the bootloader due to security concerns, so phone doesn't have root / custom recovery.
Problem is related to OpenVPN app, I got the settings file (*.ovpn) from my sys admin, and it was imported correctly, the app even tells me connection was established with no errors, however in fact no traffic goes through the VPN, everything goes through default connection - IP not changed, no access to intranet and internal web resources. On my PC everything works OK.
May it be related to the MIUI specifics? Or is there some Android bug?
Please, tell me if you faced same issue, and it would be very-very cool if someone here knows the solution for this problem.
Hi!
I had an issue with gpay on my watch and seems that after I rested it and change the region I was able to properly add card to my gpay app and even use it at the store - the issue is that the app is getting disabled all the time, after it's not connected to the phone or if I enable GPS on my watch it seems to cause the app disappears.. my question is - is there a way to prevent the galaxy watch 4 from disabling this app all the time? maybe somehow through ADB or something? would appreciate any help!
A possible fix would be to install Gpay under an alias like if it has a different package name then I think it won't be disabled. But I doubt that will work for payments though.
