Hello sorry for the late answer,
Yes it is up to date, it's the MUI Global 12.0.3 Stable (QJKEUXM)

the best is to bring it back to the seller.

Well I actually did, he wiped data, and said to keep it, and if it reboot into recovery, I take it back to him ..
The thing is that, when I wipe data and all, it works perfectly good now

More information needed.
Bootloader state unlocked or not, MIUI version or custom Rom version, Magisk used or not, what were you doing right before auto rebooting, what is the state now (in bootloop/recovery/fastboot or in system)... etc. Screenshots better.
You can try to update the system if there is update available.
Same here. I'm using TWRP + EU ROM 12.0.6.0 Global + Unlock Bootloader. System was reboot randomly without any notice. At first i install Magist and root device but right now no root and already uninstall Magisk. But system still automatically reboot in randomly times usually about 2-3 times reboot in a day.

Try a complete clean flash with current version which will format all data. Backup your stuff if you want to do this.
If after clean flash the issue persist, it's likely Rom's problem.
If after clean flash the issue vanished, problem is likely due to apps you use.

I think this problem is occur because poco use cheap ic in motherboard so this happen i don't know why poco didn't care of about it i think they didn't perform all safety majors and test properly they only manufacturers and launch in market without testing its hardware is more powerful but why poco do this shameless
Before updating a ROM i had over 22 days uptime, no issue there bud.

My poco x3 pro was also working fine for 1 month without issue and from 1-2 it suddenly keeps restarting in sometimes in few minutes and sometimes it works fine for hours did someone found any solution to this??
I was facing this problem on PPUI rom and assumed that issue was with the rom so installed MIUI EU 12.5.1 version which seems to have fixed the issue. But it seems cause was not the ROM but something different.

I'm using custom ROM MIUI EU edition on bootloader unlocked which allows you to install older version but that will reset everything.

Question Poco x3 pro with a lot of weird problems.

Everything started when i flashed twrp 3.6.0 and crdroid 7.13. I don't think its crdroid fault but now my x3 pro is with serie of weird problems. Im using miui again, but my fast charging is not working. Also, mtp is not working on twrp. I can't transfer data between my pc and my phone. i cant transfer data to pc even when using miui. And im getting some lags while gaming.
I don't have any idea of whats happening and hope someone can help... thanks...
Did you change USB cable and/or port? Or try orangefox as alternative insteat of twrp...

First check if your phone still have IMEI number read from the system. It will be a key thing for warranty.
If you are back in MIUI, you can try to ask for help from Xiaomi customer service/ repair center.
Let them check for hardware issue or not.
You will have to check for your country Xiaomi policy to see if they cover warranty even after bootloader unlocked.

Question Reboots in pixel experience 12.1 bit x3 pro

I installed the pixel experience 3 days ago for the second time, the first time I got an error that the system restarted at certain times (it is worth mentioning that I do not use the phone to play games or demanding tasks, only social networks and multimedia), I read in a youtube that could be a bad installation of the rom, I installed it through otg by Orange Fox, I did the dalvik wipe, data and cache as I saw in many videos and everything worked normal for me, but I still have sporadic reboots, what can I do to fix this error?

First backup all your data while booted into the system, you will loose those in a factory reset.
Then go into custom recoveries like Orange Fox and FORMAT DATA, try if this helps
If it does not help, remove microSD card if you have one in your phone.
If still does not help, ask the ROM developer in the according thread.
I did that before because it is the second time that I install this ROM, I did the data format as I saw in many tutorials and everything installed normal. Could it be a bug in the rom itself?

Maybe. Ask in the thread of Pixel experience 12.1
[ROM][13][Poco X3 Pro] PixelExperience [AOSP]
PixelExperience for Poco X3 Pro [vayu/bhima] What is this? PixelExperience is an AOSP based ROM, with Google apps included and all Pixel goodies (launcher, wallpapers, icons, fonts, boot animation) Our mission is to offer the maximum possible...
forum.xda-developers.com
You can also try other ROMs to see if the problem persists.
Weird didnt experienced it on my poco x3 pro global android12.1
I'm using Pixel Experience 12.1 as well (not plus) but I never experienced reboots with the rom. Maybe it's a hardware defect on your end? I currently installed the latest Miui 13 rom first for my phone (it is a global variant) then flashed PE12.1. I also used Pixel Experience recovery and flashed the rom through ADB sideload...
The first time I installed the pixel experience I did it through adb but the process was annoying because I had not updated the drivers and there it took me a long time with the phone in fastboot mode, then I installed the orange Fox and from there I did the format data and also the wipe, everything installed normal but the reboot problem continues. I think I'll try another rom to see if the problem persists
maybe reflashing stock rom will fix it for you
Go back to the original rom and then install the pixel experience again? Because I like the pixel better as a rom, it is much more fluid than miui

Question Apps failing to establish connection on my poco x3 pro

Hello, I've had my poco x3 pro since march 2022 and haven't had any problems with it until recently, some specific apps such as games, discord or facebook messenger have started to fail to establish connection either while on wifi connection or while using mobile data, (usually most of them don't connect while on wifi, but some like messenger won't connect on either), any idea how to fix this? I already trying reseting my network settings but it didn't work, I'm thinking that maybe I should try to just factory reset but I wanted to try to ask first

If you have an unlocked bootloader, backup your data and flash the latest fastboot Global ROM. If the issue persists, maybe your hardware is damaged.
