Latests BL updates block the posibility to relock bootloader! - Samsung Galaxy S8 Guides, News, & Discussion

As the title says, on olders version i flash Stock ROM and can easily relock the bootloader, but now, OEM Unlock option on Developers Settings cannot be disabled.
I flashed some Stock ROMs from few countries and the result is the same, cannot disable the OEM Unlock option.
If you know a fix for this, please help us! Because some banking app dont work with BL unlocked, also using magisk hide.

[Q] BLUnlock not allowed solution ?

Hello every one. I have a c2105 from Vodafone and I'm convinced that there's no option to unlock my bootloader, but recently, I found two videos on Youtube which show a software that can unlock it when it says "NOT Allowed"...
Links:

Has anyone tried one of these softwares and has it a chance to succeed ? :fingers-crossed:
Thank you

Flash recovery to boot via fastboot and flash rom and after that flash boot from that rom
There is a way to install a cwm while BL locked. Although in order to flash a custom ROM you need to find a good one and one for BL locked (which there aren't many at the moment)
Can we install rom without unlocking bl

Which phones allow keeping changes made from twrp after locking the bootloader?

So I've seen a few posts in the past, where someone has suggested rooting then locking the bootloader and other things like this. But now days do all phones delete data when they unlock the bootloader, if yes do some manufacturers not delete the data when you choose to relock the bootloader?
What i want is to know which brands if any would be possible for me to, unlock the bootloader flash twrp flash xposed other files root ect restore the stock recovery and then relock the bootloader keeping the changes i have made, for security reasons unlocked bootloaders are risky.
The next question is if this is possible if something messes up while it's locked, i won't have twrp to recover it, how would i fix this is this a issue for bricking the device? will fastboot always work to flash stock firmware files if the manufacturer provides them? i'm assuming that would be the only way to solve this? does fastboot need something like OEM unlock turned on in the system to be able to flash firmware to recover? if it does i wouldn't be able to fix that.
Samsung doesn't require OEM unlock to be turned on to flash through odin, but because of all samsung phones using dm-vertity even if the bootloader doesn't delete everything locking it, dm-verity would detect the changes and prevent using the phone in that state.
Appreciate all suggestions.
Thanks.

Will flashing other stock roms to Docomo phone allow it to be bootloader unlocked?

Device: SO-03J (Docomo)
Software: Android 8.0
Build number: 41.3.B.1.197
Status: Not rooted/Bootloader locked
Bootloader unlock allowed: No
Hi, I want to ask if my device here could potentially flash a global rom or any other stock rom variants that could enable me to unlock the bootloader. If can, I want to know which roms are allowed to be bootloader unlocked. I personally dont care if things will be buggy and wont work because as soon as I flash the roms I would quickly flash twrp and flash my chosen custom rom (If I could..and thats one thing again to ask. Can I flash any custom roms posted on XDA to my phone...?). As to why I'm asking this question is that I'm looking to boost my devices performance, latest android version(if possible),prolong battery, resolve heat issues and resolve the terrible wifi signal (keeps disconnecting and poor reception). I hope I've given enough information for this and sorry for the multiple questions asked.
Same with my Xperia Z1 but still can't unlock the bootloader if bootloader unlock allowed say NO
yes. you can flash global rom via using sony flash tool
working fine..but bootloader unlock status still says NO
but flashing global rom makes more useful..

Pass safety test for GooglePay with original FW (Bootloader unlocked)

I came back from Xiaomi.eu rom to the official Android 11 FW from Xiaomi.
Bootloader is unlocked, I did not root my device.
Feankly speaking I don't need my device to be unlocked or rooted, I am quite happy with the stock FW.
I can't use Google Pay, my safenet status is not pass. If I lock my bootloader will it come back then?
Thanks for your help.

Question How do I unlock my bootloader on my oneplus 9 LE2115

Hi... I want to unlock my oneplus 9 bootloader so I can install the pixen os but I don't see any guide here to do this.
I literally just sent you those links here. https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/unlock-bootloader-oneplus-9-global-na.4448653/post-86929439
Stop flooding the forum with requests, this isn't a very high traffic place.
Saw your post and your answer wasn't clear... do I need to downgrade to unlock bootloader or do I need to downgrade to be able to install custom roms.

You have to downgrade to be able to use custom ROMs. The ROMs require Android 11 because apparently OnePlus posted incomplete/unusable sources for Android 12.
I don't know if the downgrade package re-locks the bootloader so I would just unlock the bootloader after you're back on OOS11. I had issues trying to unlock the bootloader after doing the OTA to the latest OOS11 so I personally would do it in this order:
1) downgrade to OOS11
2) unlock bootloader
3) OTA to latest OOS11
4) flash custom ROM
This still doesn't work for me. I have downgraded to A11 and still get the error "FAILED (remote: 'Command not supported in default implementation')" The device shows up when I type fastboot devices but continues to return this error when attempting fastboot oem unlock. How do I fix this?
Boot into OOS 11, unlock Developer Options, and switch "OEM unlocking" on. Only then can you unlock your bootloader.
You can also search "oneplus 9 unlock bootloader" on Google.
