My fire HD 8+ keep restarting. How to fix this? - General Questions and Answers

I got this tab over a week now I instantly installed google play but now it just randomly restarting. I tried to factory reset and manage to download the software update today but it can't stay longer that 2-3 seconds then it will restart over and over again. Is there anything I can do to make this device works again? Cause troubleshooting won't help I guess.
Thanks.

[Q] Android Market keeps shutting down on rooted, decrippled Captivate

Hello I need help please. It started last night, at first Android Market would not load just sat an spun or shut off(a couple other programs shut off unexpectedly too).So I used Titanium backup to try to restore or reinstall, did both with no luck. This morning It was doing same. So I did a battery pull and now market loads but shuts down after a few minutes. Will I have to unroot and recripple and call tech support? Will I be able to root and decripple If I have to call them? Is there anything I can do?I'm new to fixing up my Cappy.Any advice or help is welcome. Thanks very much.

[Q] A strange Failure to boot.

Hi
I am having a problem that just cropped up on a Xoom 3g running unrooted, Motorola Jelly Bean 4.2.1. I am using it on wi-fi only, no Verizon account. The unit will get past the M screen and then ususally hangs up when it gets to the screen with the expanding colored rectangles. Sometimes the home screen will flash up for a split second, sometimes with enough time to log in. In either case it is back to the colored rectangles shortly, even if I get it to log in. I can get to the factory reset screen during the boot and do a full factory reset reload the apps and settings. I have done this twice. It works for about 20 or 30 boots and then colored rectangles show up in the middle of a session and its back to the boot problem.
Questions:
Does anyone have a quick answer?
Will rooting and reloading Android help or it is a hardware issue?
Thanks for any help
John
Have tried a full factory reset without restoring your apps and settings to see if the issue persist?

It seemed to work ok with the apps installed for a while. There were a couple which were suspect and I did not reinstall after the factor reset. It could be a problem though. Maybe I will try the reset again with only a couple of apps. I am still undescided on the root and updating the OS.

Hi again.
I did some thinking and now I suspect the Bluetooth connection. I had enabled an app that required BT (Logitech Harmony Hub). I also enabled the BT but not the app after the second factory reset. I did another factory reset and did not enable Bluethooth. The unit has been running flawless as before. I did a little searching on the web and found a guy with an identicle problem but it was not clear if it was resolved.. Does anyone know know if this is a common problem and if there is a solution. I could not find anything elso on the web or in the formum that helped. If this is a persistant problem, I am wondering if a custom rom would help.
Thanks
John

[Q] [Help request] Nexus 5 froze and restarted. It can no longer boot up.

As the topic says, last night I was browsing the internet when my phone froze and a few seconds later began to restart. But upon attempting it wouldn't load past the "Google" splash screen. I tried multiple times before I gave up and went into recovery mode. I wiped the cache and did a factory reset and the same issue persists. Will not turn on. So I've since been directed a couple ways, one was to try and flash the OS using WugFresh (just trying to get stock droid back, nothing flashy). I've since installed ADB drivers on my PC but I never enabled USB debugging and the program can't seem to do anything until I enable it (but the phone doesn't work...). I also can't contact google play about warranty or repairs because I have two step authentication on my account since they keep trying to send a text message to my phone.
Does anyone have any advice on how to progress?

Issues Installing/Updating FB Messenger CM13 Android 6.1

Recently I can't seem to get FB Messenger to update. Tried several times. Cleared the apps cache, reboot my tablet etc all to no avail. So I tried reinstalling it, but after I removed the app it no longer will install anymore either.
When attempting to update, and now reinstall, it manages to download successfully, but once it hits the installation phase it just sit there saying, "installing" nonstop. Won't let me stop the installation or anything. I have to force close the play store in order to get it to stop.
So....Any ideas on how to fix this and why it's happening ? I am pretty savvy when it comes to Android and tech in general, and can fix anything that I run into, but the solution to this has eluded me and it's rather frustrating lol. Any help is greatly appreciated.
It's just too much for this tablet. I had this bug on three different devices with 1gb of ram running 5.0 or newer software. You can downgrade to 4.4 or use messenger lite.

Do a factory reset
Same issue
whenever i want to play an audio file on whatsapp, the app goes crazy and it crashes, the audio continues to play while the phone becomes unresponsive .. i need to turn the phone off in order to get back the phone into a stable situation .. Please someone just let us know what the issue is and how to solve it??
I tried factory reset, it didn't work
There is an issue with the phone spontaneously rebooting in areas with low LTE reception. Fix has been announced by Google, I wonder if it will be included in the final 8.1 release?
Not gonna link the announcement, google yourself
FYI, seems to be solved with 8.1. Had an uptime of 345 hours days when I rebooted today for another reason.
Still have that problem with stock, unrooted, final 8.1 and after a factory reset and fresh install of apps. It's very annoying.
