I'm new to this device,
I installed TWRP and installed available Lineage 16 for this phone,
After installation it's showing "kernel is not seandroid enforcing"
What did I do wrong here?
I was told in another thread that it's just information that SELinux is permissive and nothing wrong so to speak.
Some want it to be enforcing for the higher security. Newbie myself so can't explain anything in detail.

Hello, I was following this tutorial made by @rlmiller on how to root the N920P:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-galaxy-note5/general/how-to-root-instructions-t3187895
it was my first time rooting So I was following closely all the steps. I downloaded this versiĆ³n of the Freeza's Kernel:
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347848527
And I clicked start, then I saw PASS in odin, and the screen of the phone was in the Black screen with the Samsung Galaxy note 5 message, and on the top it said in red letter "Kernel is no seandroid enforcing" .
The phone is still like that, I don't know how to fix that, can someone help me find a solution?
Thanks in advance!
That is an old thread and obviously doesn't work.
Try one of the latest kernels out of the Original Development thread, they are designed for MM.

Wanting to try to root my Galaxy Note 5 from U.S Cellular, number - SM-n920r4. Watched a simple video and ended up screwing up my phone. I can't get off of the screen with the note logo and above it says "Kernel is not seandroid enforcing". I have no idea what to do. I need my phone though, and probably should've have thought this through. Is there any way I can fix this? I dont care if I have to erase all of my data. Please help me get my phone back to normal. I

Greetings and welcome to xda. The kernel is not seandriod enforcing is normal when you have rooted your phone and nothing to worry about. If you want to return your phone to normal then just reinstall your stock firmware with odin or kies.
If you ask here

the experts there will be able to help you

I followed a guide step by step I found on this site to root my Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo SM-G903W. My phone is currently stuck with a 'RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING' message. I've no idea where to find the proper root file (the one I chose, to the best of my knowledge, is the one I needed). I can't boot into recovery mode. I don't know what to do, I'm desperate. Can someone please help me fix my phone to be either rooted or just back to normal?

Hello and welcome to xda-assist,
we actually don't do technical support, we're here to guide you to the most suitable board on xda, unfortunately the phone you're using has no specific device Forum, make sure you give proper information, lots of important information is missing, like what guide (link?), what root method (PC /Odin?), what root file..
https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/guide-how-to-question-t3464199
Correct approach is normally to flash a custom recovery with Odin and then flash supersu zip out of your (new) custom recovery or use CF AutoRoot which automates the process, i wouldn't suggest any kingroot, framaroot, towelroot, etc. Apps.. Unfortunately a device specific forum isn't available..
Check post 3 from this thread if you are on Android Marshmallow
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s5/general/how-to-t3298654
For lollipop
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s5/general/galaxy-s5-neo-sm-g903f-rooted-chainfire-t3280067 (users reported that the g903f file works for g903w too)
Read carefully and use search function of this linked threads..
For returning to stock do a Google search for "return to stock g903w" or use Samsung Smart Switch on your PC.

Hi every one, I am building my own kernel for galaxy s6 (nougat) with source code downloaded form opensource.samsung.com
Everything was fine until I flash my boot.img via odin.
After flashing, the phone reboot and this error appeared "Kernel is not seandroid enforcing"
I've done a lot of searching on google but all of them are just about to re-flash the stock kernel to fix this.
The thing I need to know is why did this error happend to my kernel and how to fix this error (by changing the code or anything else, not to flash the stock kernel).
If anyone experienced this case, please help me.
Thanks for reading my question. Your help will be very highly appreciated.
Thank you !

This is a common message on custom kernel, I have a s6 with custom mm rom and custom mm kernel, and I have that message come up, but my phone still boots up fine. Just a note you need to post in correct forum to get the right help, if you look in the general section there is actually a thread by a dev on how to create custom kernels, it's by the user thesickness, posting in there will get you some help.
It's just a warning, not an error.

Thank you for moving my thread to the right box. In my case, the warning seandroid forcing appeared and also the phone could not boot. (nougat). I will read your recommended threads.
I just finished flashing the patched image - LineageOS 18.1 for microG and apparently I missed the part where the prerequisite should read, "remove TWRP first if installed" or something to the effect.
Anyway, I don't know what the status is of TWRP, I know I downloaded it, I'm pretty sure I installed it at some point.. then days later down the road - after installing a plethora of apps and coming to realize I need SafetyNet for some of my apps, today, I decided to go with Magisk.
Now my OnePlus 8T is stuck in a boot loop and the instructions on how to revert it is not exactly user friendly.
When I go to recovery mode, the recovery mode, to my knowledge is from the LineageOS 18.1 recovery, not TWRP. This is what makes me questions the status of TWRP on my phone and cannot follow any guide that uses TWRP to uninstall Magisk.
In recovery mode, I run adb devices on Windows PC and it lists my device and it's labeled with, "recovery".
From this point here, I cannot find a single guide showing me how to revert Magisk - I'm really trying to avoid starting from scratch again.. I invested a crap ton of time into this phone setup and I think I've dropped more f bombs than minutes I've been awake today.
Is there any way to revert the installation of Magisk patched boot.img or am I stuck having to start from scratch?
And can someone for the love of all that is good.. please place a disclaimer at the TOP of the Magisk installation guide that TWRP should NOT be present on your device. It should be in big bold letters in this guide: https://www.xda-developers.com/how-to-install-magisk/
I'm going to start from scratch and do this the right way - hopefully.
1. every product you've mentioned here is free of charge.
2. TWRP for 8T isn't an official or finalized release.
3. there is an uninstall zip for Magisk.
4. nobody here maintains Magisk
5. you posted this in the wrong area. this section is for people who produce these products to post them for you to use, free of charge.
you've contributed exactly nothing to the community. you've failed to do your homework on any of this stuff. don't come here complaining to the people that spent countless hours building this FOR FREE.
