YAAP is a project founded by Adhitya Mohan (@poad42) and Ido Ben-Hur (@idoybh) with the goal of staying close to AOSP in design goals, offer a clean interface, do as much as original development as possible and avoid becoming a kitchen sink and cherry picked mess.
Bug reporting:
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

I have flashed the same but I can't hide the magisk .. it trying to download then says "Failed to hide magisk"

I have installed the rom and it's working great. Magisk, youtube vanced, viper4android, everything working fine.
The only issue I have found is launchers crash all the time. I use Nova or Lawchair 2.1 and they keep crashing.
Anyone experiencing this issue?

Nice to see a few extra features for a first build. I flashed latest SmurfKernel 3.1.1, so far so good.
It's awesome
Hi
I installed the rom, by following the steps given in op. For me the mobile data doesn't work at all. The auto brightness jumps non stop for no reason. (Slightly lighted room)
Apart from these major issues, the rom is nice, feels smooth, thanks for making it.
I was on OB3 unencrypted internal storage, TWRP 70, and Magisk 20.1. I clean flashed this build and it's working very well. In fact, hats off to the developer, this may be the best Q custom ROM yet. Also successfully restored OB03 and restored back to this build.
The only bug I see is if you cast to a wireless display object it will cause the system to reboot.
Thanks Dev for all your hard work!

Well, since this is a Custom ROM, I have noticed that some of them require you to flash a patched Vendor image just before flashing the ROM itself. Could this ROM be similar?
But, just so we're clear, the following are the steps you can follow (generally speaking):
Flash latest TWRP
Boot into your recovery
Wipe cache, dalvik cache, system, data, vendor, internal storage (if you're encrypted)
Flash Vendor image
Flash ROM
Flash Gapps (optional)
Reboot and wait for ROM to start
Hey guys!
I'm liking the ROM, but I just had a few questions:
1. Dark mode in settings isn't system-wide on my installation.
2. Photos aren't deleting. I delete them (tried with Camera app, Google Photos, and even File manager). But they're not deleting. It says deleted but they're still visible on phone. This photos issue I also experienced on Lineage 16.
Anybody have some ideas as to what I could do? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

Its still in Beta stage. We may expect bugs.
Looks great! Can anyone confirm 90hz functionality? What about fingerprint and/or face unlock?

90hz is working. Somehow the oneplus settings were not there from the beginning but they showed up after a while. You can set it to 90hz there. Fingerprint works as good as any other aosp based rom. No faceunlock at all
Wow. Did it before OnePlus.....this company is ****. Congratulations guys! Thanks for the hard work!

They really are sht, even the new 8t has screen issues too. Don't think I'm going to be upgrading to another OnePlus after I've had a few years with my 7t

I have been dd'ing this for weeks so its fine (?), the beta tag is just to scare off any potential people who might not be ready to deal with some random bug

Amazing
I cannot select 'My Photos' in Styles & Wallpapers. If I tap on it the app crashes.

I flashed Full FlameGApps
Edit: Just flashed MindTheGapps and everything seems to be ok. I would only personally recommend that for now.
Being on MIUI 12.0.5 RJUEUXM debloated I wonder about the best way to go to MIUI 12.0.6.0. An OTA update will not be available soon?

MIUI 12.0.5.0 is the EU version.
MIUI 12.0.6.0 is the Global version.
You just need to flash the latest Global version to get 12.0.6.0.

Smart charging and fps counter are fixed? Thanks for your good work
I installed it yesterday, everything works great. Down with the hat in front of the developer! I read a lot of info from all the topics that need to be installed. A working version from me:
(Vayu phone)
-Unlock the phone
-Remove any fingerprint and codes!!
-nebrassy twrp install, need an otg or sdcard with files! (mtp not working)
-boot to twrp, wipe menu->format
-without restart flash 12.0.6 firmware from sd or otg (https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/firmware/vayu/stable/V12.0.6.0.RJUMIXM/)
-flash the rom, mindgapps, magisk, dfe patch (Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_11.02.2020.zip)
-restart
Great ROM. I hope it turns official soon.
For me to use Google Pay and pass SafetyNet while root, I only needed to use MagiskHide. Just make sure you hide it for:
Google Play Services
Google Play Store
Google Services Framework
If that doesn't work, just make sure to clear the data and cache of all those as well.
So far I went with unrooted ungoogled Installation without Magisk on my phones and just did use microG and signature spoofing to make most Apps I need to work (better):
- WhatsApp, Signal (Cloud messaging on helps at least in Signal)
- GCam (microG needed, for Portrait mode full features Google Photos needed?)
- Snapseed: QR-Look Style Import/Export (needs Google Play Services - was not able to activate this on my systems)
- Google Photos rather instable: Features Selfie/Portrait, Videostabilisation often crash
- Banking Apps: most do not work (fully) and every update can change the situation, had to leave N26 because of this
If anyone has a similar crDroid unrooted ungoogled on Poco X3 Pro or other devices setup and can share changes of optimizing tweaks I appreciate.
i bought a poco x3 pro vayu... I'm anxious he to arrive, unlock and to using crDroid. and see some functions that i'm used to using on other smartphones on this x3 pro. I will try to install via TWRP... thanks for the update

You mean this to dev as a missing feature or as response to kosmatyj ?
In the first case: is fingerprint unlock not working when screen is locked?
