- STEPS FOR INSTALLING GSIs:
Download the desired GSI (it MUST be A-only_arm64 Variant)
unpack it if it wasn't in .IMG format
Go to TWRP , Install , Install IMAGE
Pick your GSI and select SYSTEM IMAGE
Reboot to TWRP Recovery
Flash "GSI_Fix_boot.zip"
- STEPS FOR INSTALLING GAPPS
Download the appropriate OpenGapps.org
Go to TWRP , Install
Pick your OpenGapps.zip
Reboot to System
- FOR INSTALLING FIXES:
Camera Fix (Flash only on NON Working GSIs)
- KNOWN BUGS:

Bluetooth calls are broken
No Network bars (Calls/data works)

Bugs :

If you did , back up its data and format it in GSI.
2- If you face "Error 70: Insufficient storage space available in the system partition" while flashing Gapps
If you get do this : Wipe > Advanced Wipe > select system > Repair or Change File System > Resize File System
Go back and flash Gapps

This is a problem with ROM. I tried to put the Pixel Experience, it started without problems.
But not work NFC.
On which ROM the NFC will work?

Any guide to get a logcat when the device is stuck at the android boot logo? Nothing shows up when I "adb devices" from PC.

First time installation:
** if you're coming from stock ROM - flash vbmeta or device will not boot!! **
Boot into TWRP and format data, wipe vendor & cache
Install firmware - FW_Qxxxxx.zip, rom and reboot, finish setup wizard, reboot to TWRP again
Instlall Gapps, reboot
Optionally instll Magisk..
Update installation:
Dirty flash assumed by default except when stipulated separately. Just flash, wipe dalvik and that's all.

Looks like a culprit was found and the issue is fixed now.
For some reason Kowalski kernel touch panel driver behaves weirdly with crDroid,
replacing it with stock one solves the problem, at least for me. Need more testing though.

How are your average battery drain when idle?
I have AOD and fingerprint on, standby battery drain is about 60mAh or 2% per hour.

I did that and it worked, but the ROM is not really usable because i cant restore my data from google, it keeps crashing when i try to login to my account...

Yes, that's annoying.
Install via fastboot the latest xiaomi-fastboot .eu ROM from their Homepage. Link is also somewhere in this thread: [ROM][9.0][grus][unofficial] crDroid Android. Just search inside thread. I had that issue installing crDroid v6.0 with Android 9. But not with (clean Installation) v6. 0 with Android 10. After installing fastboot-ROM you can install twrp again and then Flash this ROM (after that you have to make reboot and complete the ROM-Installation), restart into twrp and install GAPPS. But look in the install Info. When you are in twrp you can connect the Phone with PC and copy all the files you need to install to Phone.

New version today? Does AOD notify third-party apps? Thank you

i flashed it again but with different (newest) Firmware and now i don't get crashes anymore and the ROM seems to be useful for me. It's looking good so far!

Working great. One thing, after reboot I get Device Personalization Services keeps stopping. Once I close the app it goes away. Any ideas?

Whenever I try to install a ROM that doesn't have GAPPS, I can't install GAPPS. Does anyone go through the same situation?
I did the Miui.eu Flash, restarted and did the whole process:
- Format Data
- TWRP Reboot
- Wipe (system, cache, data, dalvik)
- Flash (rom, gapps).
But I always get an error when I flash the Gapps (Update process ended with ERROR: 20
- Unmounting Partitions

Was this a dirty flash? If so, clean flash might fix.
Sounds like a Lineage side bug or maybe file system permissions, maybe fixed in the next build.

Go to Twrp - wipe - advanced - repair or change file system - resize system . Then reboot twrp and you're good to go

I have just spent the last week struggling to get my banking/loyalty cards (TESCOS Pay+ & Google Pay) also Samsung wearable app to function correctly using a different android 11 rom, I tried 15+ attempts, with different combinations, with/without magisk, clean/dirty install .
I then installed your ROM and it,
smashed it "YEH".
How i installed your rom below.
1. Using LG-UP: install, G710EM30f_00_OPEN_EU_OP_1124.kdz
2. Using Qfil: replace, Boot-A, Boot-B slots with, ofox_1.9_boot.img
3. Once in Ofox recovery install: Cherish-OS-v2.5-20210517-1626-judyln-UNOFFICIAL-GApps
4. From Ofox recovery, install: Magisk-v23.zip only (No .APK)
5. from Ofox recovery: using the dustbin icon, Format Data, by typing (YES) .
With installing, CherishOS Rom, my banking apps work great and my Samsung watch is working perfectly.
This Rom is a very smooth, the only missing things are,
Full Ofox recovery,
Mobile Data,
but as i use a PAYG sim, this is not a issue,
If you love your G7 as much as i do,
then you should embrace this great rom,

Is yours Dual-SIM model? Seems like Dual-SIM models will have one working SIM slot..

This has been discontinued, although I've figured out how to fix the mobile data issue. If you are looking for a custom ROM, maybe you would like to try the AOSPK 12.

Download your Redmi firmware extract the boot.img mover It to an sd card/USB and install It as boot and it should be fine

I tried It and It hasnt suck Big glitches It is a little slow but everything fine

To fix wifi you need to flash boot.img of your redmi as boot

yes, why not

because i saw that some on other roms had a problem with opening the fastboot but for me it works fine

anyway, it is booting now but it takes a long time it doesn't even boot right now
edit: it booted now, i just forgot to format the data

what magisk do you flash in here? a zip or a patched img, and if so, what boot.img do i patch

a patched boot image works only on 12.5
bootloader must be unlocked for this, then flash patched boot file

flashed my stock boot.img but wifi and bluetooth still not working. everything else works.
