I'm using ZTO and there is NO one android 11 yet.
Hello,
Finally, I can unlock the bootloader, flash twrp and root my Samsung Galaxy A01 (a01q) (SM-A015M).
All I need is just update to Android 11 and then I can unlock the bootloader and flash the magisk patched boot.img together the patched vbmeta.img.
I can flash TWRP using the image file "TWRP_3.5.2_A015F.img" sent by @tariqa
How To Root Samsung A01 (a015f/DS)
Hello, I want to ask how to root samsung galaxy a01 (a015f) , i want to instal f.lux for better blue light filter, Thanks!
forum.xda-developers.com
Thank you very much
1. Unlock your bootloader enter in download mode Vol+ + Vol- + USB conected to pc (Keep in mind that by doing this you will lose your files, it is advisable to make a backup of your photos, music, etc.)
2. Once you start your cell phone install magisk manager, Choosing the boot.img file of your rom into the app (Tip: Only!!! If your model is SM-A015M Android 11 I leave you my own modified boot.img to flash:
File on MEGA
mega.nz
Otherwise, you can download the firmware (3.79 gb) and extract the boot.img from the firmware of your model SM-A015 M / F ... Android 10, Android 11... etc. And No need for pc
https://samfrew.com/model/SM-A015M/
3. The image will begin to flash
4. When it restarts you will have Root on the cell phone!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Extra: If you need the custom recovery I give you the link with my TWRP which is installed through the Odin program on a PC (this step does not delete your files)
File on MEGA
mega.nz
Keep in mind that to install TWRP you must deactivate the DM-VERITY & FORCEENCRYPT DISABLER I leave it in a link:
Zackptg5 - Android
zackptg5.com
This is a module that can be installed via magisk, which is necessary to decrypt the system ... so once TWRP is installed, it is advisable to uninstall it via Magisk to avoid R / W errors
Easy way to get Root & TWRP 2 in 1
A015F only!
Requirements: unlocked bootloader, android 11.
In Odin unmark autoreboot option.
Flash the "gorecovery.tar" file in AP field.
Boot to recovery and choose "Reboot system".
Allow Magisk to autoupdate.
If first boot after flashing will be into system - flash the file again.
The method keeps all your files and settings. Possible to use on already adjusted system.

I am on SM-G955FD baseband version G955FXXU1AQI7 (Android 7.0) rooted through CF-Auto-Root download from firmware.mobi by @Chainfire. I removed a lot of blotware afterwards, and xposed official is installed.
Now I want to install an update while keeping the root and phone data through FlashFire.. I downloaded the latest firmware with baseband version G955FXXU1AQJ5 (3.26gb zip file) which is a minor update and android version is still 7.0 and I am using the same update package as default i.e. same CSC
Moreover I am on stock recovery i.e. Custom recovery such as TWRP is not installed.
Now I want to install this firmware package through FlashFire v0.73 while keeping root as well as data intact.
I suppose I have to pick this zip file (without extracting) from FlashFire firmware menu..
I need your input on steps to get this update through using FlashFire, without loosing root or phone data...
In FlashFire I am getting current binary status as custom.

You probably need a new bootloader for modern firmware, which is something that flashfire flashing is not recommended for. Also if something goes wrong you will have effectively bricked your device as you will need a PC to get it working again.
Also installing a new system requires a full wipe, so you will rebloat and need to reroot and reinstall xposed

Hey!
The TWRP is installed, but the drive is encrypted. Is there a work-around?
I'd also try the Magisk file; is it a boot or recovery file?

Disable force encryption
I just achieved root as well and want to leave some notes here:
The TWRP-File postet here worked very well.
- If you notice your drive is encrypted: Wipe(format) it again and boot directly into recovery mode. It will be encrypted again as soon as you boot into system.
- Installing SuperSU didn't work for me, neither by install nor by adb sideload.
- Installing Magisk worked. Download the latest App and replace the .apk with .zip in order to flash it. This way there's no need for twisting the boot.img with the app.
- Install via command, not via phone. I don't know why, but it made a difference. use "adb shell twrp install /sdcard/Your_File.zip"
Happy rooting!

Thanks. Please let me know if there is VOLTE or Vowifi when you get into GSI rom.
HELLO EVERYONEToday I decided to install a GSI on my J4 Core and realized that there are several problems to do this...
After several attempts I was able to install a GSI, so I decided to share here with you.
What you need:
1 - Galaxy J4 Core
2 - USB Cable
3 - PC (Windows or Linux [I use Windows])
4 - Odin (I use v3.13)
5 - GSI Rom (I have tested Phh AOSP Pie and Phh AOSP Android 10, works )
6 - Patience to follow steps
Steps:
1 - Unlock the bootloader on developer options (I think everyone knows how to do that, so I won't give details, ok?)
2 - Download the Force-Encrypt disabler for J4 Core (Google Drive)
3 - Put the phone on download mode (Shutdown, turn on holding Vol+, Reboot to bootloader)
4 - Extract Disable Force-Encrypt J4 Core.tar.xz and flash it on Odin (AP and flash)
* Now your userdata has no force encrypt *
5 - Flash your GSI and Enjoy :highfive:
How to flash a GSI using ODIN, Wilame???
1 - Download your prefered GSI (GSI List)
(I recommend to download the PhHusson Official GSIs)
2 - Download 7zip if you not have
3 - Rename the GSI file .img to system.img.ext4 (the file need to have this exactly name to flash via Odin)
4 - Pack your system.img.ext4 to .tar with 7zip
5 - Flash the .tar file with Odin with AP mode
6 - Enjoy the GSI Rom :fingers-crossed:
*If the system ask a password to boot, make data wipe on recovery or just touch on erase all data if show this on screen*

Hi bro did that make data lose ???
I have unlocked bootloader
I have stock room android 10
I have stock recovery Samsung
I am having an error in odin while flashing twrp it says “ Can’t open the specified file (Line : 1892) “.
Please help.
Ps note : tried different ports and cables turned off firewall, oem lock is off and usb debugging is on.
Bootloader is unlocked.
TWRP 2.8.7.0 for 4.4 ( mobopx v2.2 ) is installed but somehow it is faulty.
I have two Nandroid Backups.
Phone was C00B137 4.4.2.
Phone doesn't boot so can't install any of those (UPDATE.APP) method updates. Stuck on huawei Ascend powered by android.
i CAN boot into twrp and fastboot (fastboot&rescue) .
TWRP backup works so i got two backup first one right after flashing the custom recovery, and another after everything wipe and an unsuccessful android 6 flash (B571) (phone booted into a clean 4.4.2 (what it was on) but empty motion control setting. and "update from usb storage" button removed from updater's app (the only way it installed that unsuccessful android 6 update ).
So, What was the dumb move?
That shouldn't happen.. when i selected everything to wipe, after that. Yeah. That's enough go read the rest.
.
.
.
What is it? What are you waiting for?
Why can't install any rom:
1- TWRP Restore does not work (does not find the backup).
TWRP ADB Sideload Probably doesn't work (i connect to pc then click the adb sideload, infinite loading until i cancel on phone. no device detected on windows).
2- Worst part : SD Card Does NOT get detected in TWRP.
The only way to transfer files to phone is through USB Storage (Otg).
3- As mentioned before, all complete updates are .app files. With This TWRP, only zip files can be installed (Which are just as suffix to the os, all are 100 mb, 300, 700mb, what is this? humans update is 1.2GB up to 2.2GB and more.) the TWRP Install works as i tried to install one of those zip update files, obviously unsucessfull (Zip signature Failed or something like this).
References:
The B571 rom i installed (that was finished but after reboot it was still 4.4.2 with bugs) is C432B571 Full OTA( Europe ) from this page.
The Twrp i used is Recovery mate7 mobopx v2.2 update and translate by chudy_85 on same page. number 7:

the adb i use is shift right clicking on platform-tools folder -> open command prompt here. learnt from here. also unlocked boot loader according to that (although with help of honortuner ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/info-unlock-bootloader-recovery-root-noob-friendly.3453204/ ) ).
UPDATE:
1--This is the log of when i unlocked bootloader:
2-- ADB WORKED! At least in recovery (not that sideload button in advanced) :
What should i do now? how to flash UPDATE.APP through adb??
Should i first flash stock recovery then through huawei update (key combination) update using sd card The update.APP????????????????
but i will lose custom recovery so if it fail i will truly brick the phone this time. HELP!
no help for me?
