I wonder if it could be to do with installing that performance package that was linked in Android Development.
Thats true is it easy to remove and then try again
Dont install this update if you have clockwork recovery mod installed (4.0.0.9 here), my phone rebooted to install the update, instead it booted recovery and now I cant get out (update or recover via the LG app in emergency mode etc...) seems my phones bricked till a compatible update for clockwork comes out.
Updated flawlessly, used 21% battery and took 10 minutes to update... not sure what the difference is,i was on 2.2.2 before the update.
Any idea what has been updated.
Sent from my LG-P920 using XDA App
I am updating too right now....any one noticed any change ? even at perfomance ?or at battery ?

I restored with LG recovery but is now stuck on a screen "Firmware Update in progress" but nothing happens, it may be that aspects of a full battery charge?
Sorry for my English

Hmm, I restored my firmware to the original V10b from june because I had ClockWork installed an the phone was rooted.
Everything went perfect though I get a message that I already have the latest firmware version when I try to update through the phone. The LG Mobile Support Tool tells me there's an update but when I try to install it it says my phone is not supported.
Hello everyone!
Guys for me in Sweden the update is not available yet. When I run the LG Mobile Support Tool it finds an update for my device but then when I click on it to start the updater, I get a no updated version found message. Is this update available worldwide or?

Odd - I had an update last week on unbranded UK HTC Chacha but my new version number is
1.54.401.3???
i got this update yesterday (it wasnt in there about month ago) .but like jporch my software number is 1.54.401.3 .i guess it's because my rom is european (even though im iranian ) like yours, jporch.
an interesting point is , i had this known "dialer" issue, too .but it sounds like it is fixed. the dialer application was on 98% before the update all the time ; no matter what common fix i applied ( eg turning on the bluetooth, check off those three options(fliper and.. ) in Setting>Sound ...) but now it works ok . it's on 3% (even without those quick known fixes i mentioned.but i havent measured the time that battery can hold on since i updated it yesterday.
still no fix for the internal memory.
these are my experiences with this new system update.
Hello.
I had update software and now WiFi doesn't work. Any help???
Which version was before, I want to go back to it. Now is 1.54.401.3

i have no idea why.but i would suggest a master reset if the other members has the same opinion..?
---------- Post added at 10:18 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:05 AM ----------
and btw , my phone dialer again went wrong to 97% again after a day. i dont know why ! and the day after that it went back to 49% !!!! (which is between 97 and 3 % ).the only thing that im suspicious of is this fix that i applied (pm setInstallLocation 2)
Yeah - i checked dialer imediately after i updated and it went straight to 98% - since then its been on 49% exactly almost every day since????

Okay ill run it later. I've not done anything else just rooted. Recovery is all stock, ROM is stock etc. Just rooted the stock ROM for Link2SD.
Hope this works !
Can we get any improvement from HTC in this new ROM
I ended up not running this update. I found out why it was crashing and fixed it. I'm afraid to update and lose root, apparently you can't go back.

Just for information: android 10 on OnePlus 7 isn't "unstable". Neither beta or stable. And rooting is also easy like on pie.

okay let's discuss it
do you know that i have android10 installed from the beginning
from yesterday i am using oneplus 5 with 9.0.8 (the best rom for my opinion)
android 10 it has many shortcomings mainly (notch settings, Pocket Mode etc)
shows me a powerful lag in the launcher, mainly when the page opens to the left with the various shortcuts & sometimes the screen flickers ,wifi is delayed...
For me it's not stable yet ....Needs time and patience for stable builds but I trust the oneplus team
Root on Pie ofcourse ...For android10 disagree for now in a non-stable rom(after a few updates maybe yes)
This is my opinion I hope you understand me , my english isn't good

exactly how do you "factory reset"? in TWRP? or in the OS in android settings (the old fashio way before unlocking & root)? if in TWRP, what exact options did you wipe? mine is stuck at 89% and I do not know how to fix the issue

Go twrp recovery, look for .Ota, flash the downloaded update zip and reboot.(Must be patient for step 2 to complete)
If can't find .Ota, go to File manager app, click storage below, click 3 dot on top right coner, settings, turn Show hidden file switch on.

Android 10 OTA released again.

I just got ota update released again, it is 1.15 GB, i will wait with update.
I am located in Eastern Europe. Good luck
Have received the notification.
Can confirm the size.
Will not install it for now.
I am on Android Pie, so i don't know what's up with people who have Android 10 already installed.

I just got it too, should i update?
Just installed!
Everything is fine not any big bug that worth mentioning!
It can lag a bit if you wont make a factory reset afterwards
Came directly from pie 10.0.20.0 everything is fine i think ots safe to install

Is it the same update as few days ago?
11.0.4? If yes ,then I wonder why they stop the OTA just to start it over without changing/fixing anything...
It's like xiaomi devs are a bunch of amateurs who doesn't own this device therefore unable to test their updates and just hope for the best when they release one...

I'm on Q from the first update - 11.0.2.0 - which is running without major bugs, just a bit worse battery usage and less maximum brightness They don't offer me any update yet.

There's a process for applying the OTA or a fastboot image you can use to upgrade.
I expect you'll get a OTA offer soon anyway. I just missed it last time but got it now. OTA from 10.0.20.0

POCO X3 NFC stuck on MIUI 12.0.8.0 Android 10, can't seem to update

Hi, wondered if someone could help. I have just got my phone back from the repair shop and it has been factory reset, which is fine, but it has now got an out of date OS etc on.
I've tried downloading all sorts of ROMS from the xiaomifirmwareupdate page, and it just keeps failing whichever I choose. Wondered if one of you clever souls can help?
Many thanks!
Try to flash the latest MIUI via MiFlash-Tool...
My wife had the same problem => now latest MIUI is running on her phone.

Hi thanks I run the tool yesterday but it told me I have to wait 128 hours
Hello,
Same problem here.
I updated my X3 NFC EEA as soon as updates went out, so I'm on latest (12.5.4 R).
My wife didn't update and now she's stuck on 12.0.8.0Q.
I understand I could update with Mi Flash Tool, but doesn't it require to unlock device for fastboot (and then need to wipe) ?
tbh, you're all not stuck with 12.0.8.0. eventually you'll get the update. because not all phone/device got the update at the same time. some device got the update and some others not yet, i think you just need to wait

I hope you're right, as Xiaomi doesn't roll out updates for everyone at same time, but 12.0.8.0Q is pretty old (february).

I did. I tried it again just now, it says wait 96 hours grrrr
best bet is to keep trying the updater every few hours . im on the latest version now and not once was i notified of an update , just kept checking . also try clearing the updaters cache / data , i remember that tip from my note 5 days lol
I confirm. My device is Poco X3 Indian (Non-NFC. Karna codename). Software stuck v12.0.10.0 and last update time is April. I cant flash any roms. I must wait unlock the bootloader.
