Here's the flashable firmware ZIPs for Redmi Note 4X/ 4 Qualcomm (Codename: mido), which is based on both Global Stable & Global Beta builds.
NOTE!!! You can flash it on any ROM you are running. From 7.0 to 8.1.0/ LineageOS or AOSP/CAF based ROMs. You can either, dirty flash it or clean flash it. Choose only one that suits you. Stable version is safest, since the beta version contains some bugs.
Also, FYI, it's not a ROM or Kernel!

Just a Firmware Upgrade, it includes updated modem for mido and some bug fixes.

It is the Real one, but for RN4X. Though RN4 and RN4X has Similar spec and codename, the ROM is compatible for both.

You CAN'T UNDERSTAND??? The file you upload that IS NOT MIUI V9 Stable. It's ONLY another BETA build before Offical Stable build will be rolled out today or maybe next year.
My Note 5 Global arrived this morning. I've just booted it up and it is running MIUI 9.5! Screenshot attached.

It becomes news, as we then have official (not Leaked roms), to flash our devices with on the chance we mess up flashing other roms etc.
My WHYRED [Global] is due to be delivered tomorrow.
I got my global version a week back and it came with 9.5 out of the box.

At the moment the only way to get treble is the Multi-ROM. Hopefully it'll not be too long until there's a LineageOS version.
where can i get this rom for my global? had to reflash and the latest on miui is 7.1, my camera fc's all the time on that rom

My recommendation will be to not dirty flash as these are different MIUI version and mods.
Still if you want to, check if Masik MIUI 10 is also based on China Stable ROM. If yes then you can try dirty flashing and see.
But please do take TWRP backup in case something goes wrong. All the best
Clean flash is recommended else u face bugs like in my case messaging force closes again and again and i do not recieve msgs so reverted back to last rom

You will have to try and compare to find exact differences or changelogs from MIUI.
As per my past experience with Redmi Note 3 (kenzo) beta is more updated though has some issues here and there. Further, they have a more frequent update cycle. Too much flashing !!

Yes - I have flashed it in past Xiaomi.eu ROMs starting v10 - they have anti-rollback protection unless you want to go below anti 4 ROMs.

Yeah, flashed the EU Rom already after waiting for 1 month. I am quite happy with it as there's not so much limitations like the China Rom.

I am not sure which one is better. I just find that the EU Rom version is newer. That means the EU Rom updates faster.

EU based on China developer weekly so updated more often.
Global will get update approx 4 times/year...

I tried the rom that you posted and it is a stock rom Android 13, with Bugs the major is play store doesnt work well, do you know if there is another preview Android 13 rom like that? Newer? I like it
