My recommendation will be to not dirty flash as these are different MIUI version and mods.
Still if you want to, check if Masik MIUI 10 is also based on China Stable ROM. If yes then you can try dirty flashing and see.
But please do take TWRP backup in case something goes wrong. All the best
Clean flash is recommended else u face bugs like in my case messaging force closes again and again and i do not recieve msgs so reverted back to last rom

You will have to try and compare to find exact differences or changelogs from MIUI.
As per my past experience with Redmi Note 3 (kenzo) beta is more updated though has some issues here and there. Further, they have a more frequent update cycle. Too much flashing !!

Yes - I have flashed it in past Xiaomi.eu ROMs starting v10 - they have anti-rollback protection unless you want to go below anti 4 ROMs.

Ups my fault, i forget, i installing custom kernel(illusion) on queue after installing miuieu, i think illusion kernel doesn't support newer miui eu 11 stable on whyred

Here's the flashable firmware ZIPs for Redmi Note 4X/ 4 Qualcomm (Codename: mido), which is based on both Global Stable & Global Beta builds.
NOTE!!! You can flash it on any ROM you are running. From 7.0 to 8.1.0/ LineageOS or AOSP/CAF based ROMs. You can either, dirty flash it or clean flash it. Choose only one that suits you. Stable version is safest, since the beta version contains some bugs.

It is the Real one, but for RN4X. Though RN4 and RN4X has Similar spec and codename, the ROM is compatible for both.

Anyway, I see the Indian version has different camera as the China/Global version. Will there probably be compatibility issues say for folks who flash a ROM developed on an Indian version to a Global version in the future?

You don't need to worry about. Devs will add support to RN5 China/Global as well. RR and LIneage devs already added cross-compatibility. They just differ in camera, other hardware is same

Flashing China or Global MIUI build on Indian version and vice versa might cause camera app to FC and break camera functionality (at least flashing Indian Android 7.1.2 based MIUI on China model did that). Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong

Actually.... On Android 8.1....camera blobs are merged....! No more incompatibility....! Tried rn5pro beta miui on my rn5 china.... all working... and it is vice-versa.....! Of coz it was causing issues on 7.1

Great to hear that there's no incompatibility whatsoever anymore! Just ordered my RN5 global yesterday. Not really a fan of MIUI, I'll be waiting to see more custom ROMs to pop up.
For me it is the best rom on Whyred i ever used(I used most of Miui/Linage/AOSP based rom) in terms of Performance and Smoothness . And it doesn't have image retention issue,some whyred user having that issue on other rom even stock rom, it has some minor bug.

I don’t know who is the developer of this ROM and and it’s development forum(He also ported Oxyzen OS for Whyred).
I wish some other developer give it a try and made a rom based on it, or original developer develop it more in future.

Enabled camera2 api with flashing Camera2 api enabler.zip via twrp.

It feels cool so far but I don't see any big differences. Is the weekly better? I don't know yet. It doesn't really feel custom to me.

Done. Got Weekly 8.11.23. No big difference too. I don't find the hype on upgrading to Xiaomi.eu
Not a huge deal imo. (By the way 8.11.29 causing bootloop. Don't try it)
Question: When a new update comes in Xiaomi EU updater it sents you to TWRP. Now I have TWRP Removed because it's not stable. Can I update Xiaomi EU rom through MIUI recovery 3.0?

I heard mounting vendor before flashing makes it work.

I think it's Rom dependent, not Android version dependent. Because I'm using the original one on LineageOS 17.1 and it works perfectly fine.

Not working on latest MIUI11..0.3.0(QFCMIXM), using TWRP.
It's working on Mi 9 lite, Android 10 MIUI 12.1 (20,7.23). i needed to download Twrp flashable version, mount Vendro and flash it. After restart GCAM don't lag, and stock cam don't crash.
Installed with Magisk on MIUI 12.1 (Xiaomi.eu version) and it's working 100%, no crash on stock cam either.
