Hey guys,
I'm having some nasty dead pressure spots while using the s-pen tilted. Specially on the right top corner and bottom right corner.
Anyone else experiencing this? Maybe I got a bad digitizer?
Here's a video I shot of the problem:
If you got your device prior to the last 14 days, then I would recommend you take it back to the store for a replacement. As it is clearly faulty

Hi,
I've had my Nexus S for less than 4 weeks, and I just noticed today that the top right corner of the screen seems to have some give when you press on it. It apparently just started happening now... Anyone else have this issue with their phone? I'm wondering if I should just run to Best Buy and have them exchange the phone for me before it's too late...
Thanks,
Mike
I don't have that problem with mine but in your case looks like you might have to take that trip to best buy
Sent from my Nexus S
if you look at it, does the surface of the top corner part raised a bit compared to the other corners or sides?
I ask because I tried to press gently on the corners and also the sides and there's a very slight give. It maybe because of the type of screen (plastic?) causing the give when pressed?
yeah it appears to be ever so slighlty raised, and has a very slight give...
any word on if this is normal? I have the same issue with the bottom capacitive side....it is noticeably lose sometimes, I can push it then it becomes tight...then the capacitive buttons wont work unless I turn off the screen then turn it back on.
My 2 week old Nexus S just started doing this. It feels like the screen is attached with glue and the screen has separated from the frame. I can press on it and it sticks for a moment, but if press a minute later it clicks again.
My phone had the same problem.. Upper right screen was lifting ever so slightly. I was passed my thirty days so i couldn't bring it back to bestbuy. My only option was to send it to samsung for repair. The problem was that they had it for almost three weeks and when i got it back the screen was still lifting up. I had to send it back out and almost three weeks later (again) i got it back and it was fixed. They ended up replacing the PBA. Not exactly sure what that is but the phone is fixed.
Hey guys,
I bought my Moto G sometime in January from Amazon UK.
After about 2-3 Months of usage, overnight while loading there appeared 2 cracks in the screen.
One is in the top left and the other one on the right bottom corner. You cant see any impact on the screen or on the sides of the phone.
Under one crack there appeared little bubbles but only directly under the crack.
Does anyone observed similar things?

Hello XDA friends,
I have been wanting a Verizon or AT&T Note Pro 12.2 for a while -- I have a personal vendetta against Exynos and at this point can't do the wifi only model.
So, I went on Ebay and found one for $575, got it two days ago.
Issues:
1. Light bleed, holy mother sweet mary, light bleed. Top, bottom everywhere, its like looking at a cloudy sky.
2. The back has flex; a gentle touch flexes the fake leather back inwards, and its very noticeable. Its gotten to the point where the back cover is not actually perfectly smooth and has very tiny "lumps" inwards.
3. When the back flexes inwards, there seems to be a sharp point inside the tablet that pushes against the inside of the display itself; I pick it up with left hand, and there is a little "bubble wave" thing that the screen does on the top left hand side, kinda like when you poke an old LCD with your finger.
Thats really it... other than that it works. Should I RMA it to Samsung and have them repair, or should I return to ebay seller via a case (Seller is unresponsive, sadly)? Or is everyones Note Pro like this?
Thank you very much!

Hi Guys,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Gold which I purchased while I was traveling from the Uae.
The phone had an issue with the home button and I had to eventually send it back to get it repaired.
The service center in the UAE replaced the entire screen and front panel of the phone and now everything works fine.
But i noticed the other day that there is a gap in the screen and metal frame of the phone on the left side.
And through this gap i can see the connector of the volume button.
The gap is larger on the left side and very minimum on the right side.
Through this gap light leaks and its very annoying.
I can easily slide a piece of paper through the gap but I cannot slide a thick business card.
I am extremely concerned about two things:
1) Water getting in through the gaps
2)The light leaking making my screen and device faulty.
I can see the light leak during the day when the screen is maxed at brightness although it is more visible in a darker environment and also the LED notification light bleeds just a bit from the top gap between the screen and frame.
I was wondering if this was normal?
I pray to god that it is as my warranty expires in 2months and I have no one to send my phone back with or otherwise I need to spend 300$ for a repair.
I have attached pictures... Do let me know what you think.
Thanks

Water resistance is definitely gone, so don't get it wet. I did the exact same thing with an old iPhone I had and when they sent it back that hadn't fitted the screen in properly. Do you have a local shop, you could ask them to pop it back in for you?
Light leaking through edge will not damage your screen. If you mean moisture fettering inside your phone his could become an issue over time, depending on the environment you expose it to.
You can buy screen replacement tool kits (no actual screen) on ebay for a few dollars, you could do it yourself if your warranty is not valid in new country, it's probably just some component (seal probably) not properly seated that is stopping the case closing properly
Hello everybody!
So I have had my phone for about 2-3 months now.
I have mixed opinions about this phone from the software side but that is not the main problem.
For a few weeks now I am noticing a yellowish tint at right side of the screen, near the bezel. I have not dropped this phone even once, have a case and a tempered glass on it, yet this still managed to happen. I am wondering if some of you have the same problem, since i have not heard about this happening to any other Honoor 8 owner.
And even more important question. Does warranty even cover this type of damage?
Thank you for reading.
P.S. No picture of it now because I do not have anything to take it with.
