I was to run a custom rom such as Pixel Experience or TreskMod would I be able to use carrier switching as if i were on a Pixel device?
Following because I was also very curious about this.

Basically, I'm trying to test a ROM, and being that it's AOSP, no ease with getting data working on it as I'm on a Sprint MVNO. I would like to know if there's a possible way to merge my settings from stock to this current ROM.
Thanks.
Is there not a working root and custom roms and mods for the s7 through att yet? I'm looking here and not seeing too much. Before I get the phone I want to make sure there is a root and custom rom support, etc.
Speaking for the ATT version btw.
What you see in https://forum.xda-developers.com/att-galaxy-s7 is all there is
From memory the required documentation/software for working with the S7 snapdragon implementation has never been released.
I have a very dumb question. With Project Treble, will those of us with a Verizon Pixel 2 be able to use custom ROMs without unlocking bootloader? Will this also make it easier to root?
So I'm going to switch to Verizon and I've seen a couple of times in custom rom threads that since people either ask or report that a rom isn't working on their Verizon network. Can someone tell me why? I prefer custom roms so what should I need to know going to this carrier? Thanks.
It's been quite some time since I have installed custom roms on my phone. Just recently picked up an a32 5G and have been using it for a bit now, and really want an asop rom. I have installed CM, and lineage on several device's over the years.
Are there any stable Roms out there for this device, and if so what would you recommend.
bootloader unlocked?
