I rooted my Hutchison brandet phone with magisk altered firmware. Although the new firmware is from T-Mobile, the boot Animation is still the Hutchison one.
I would prefer to have the original Samsung animation instead and already tryed to rename the bootsamsung.qmg, bootsamsungloop.qmg and shuddown.qmg to .bak but nothing changed.
Any help would be appreciated…. cheers!

I recently changed from Vodafone to 3 and when I turn the phone on it still comes up with all the vodafone stuff like boot logo etc...
If I flash the 3 rom to my phone will it change it? And I'm rooted so will it un-root my phone? And will it come with all the internet settings etc?

Hey guys, just bought a Galaxy S6 after selling my HTC One (M9).
Turns out the device is carrier branded to O2-UK.
I've read a bunch of threads where the S6 won't boot after stock firmware has been flashed with Odin, is it only with some phones or with all phones?
I want to get rid of the O2 branding and boot animation, so I downloaded a PAKISTAN firmware (since thats where I live), for my S6. However have not flashed it yet because of the stories.
Should I go ahead and flash it or will my phone be stuck on the S6 Logo as well?
The device is on Android 5.0.2 with O2 firmware, the firmware I've downloaded has Pakistan CSC and is a 5.1.1 firmware.
Device is SM-G920F.
Should I go ahead with the flash or are there some extra steps to take before flashing?

I have two s7 phone, first is G930W8 AND second is G930V. I want to replace OR REMOVE S7 G930V boot animation with S7 G930W8 boot animation, how can I do that? I do not want VERIZON PROVIDER BOOT ANIMATION,
I checked this http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s7/help/remove-boot-animation-provider-t3353109 thread already but it has custom boot animation, I want to replace OR NO boot animation from G930verizon.

If you have a rooted phone you can just download the 3C toolbox Pro APK and there is tweak options in there to remove the boot animation and amongst tons of other mods you can do to your phone
Are you using your W8 with US carrier? How's the experience? I am thinking of getting the W8 for using with T-mobile, but not sure if it works well with it. The forum has a lot of info with the F model, but not much on W8. Any sharing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Stuck on bootloop. I tried a few different updates already but cant find the right one for boost. i accidently flashed to a different carrier but at least im not on bootloop anymore can someone help?

it is a available code for the sprint note 5, i have the phone info + app and went to the csc changer, i am rooted, with magisk currently, but ive used supersu also, when i change it to bst, it like factory resets it or whatever, then when its booting back up the boost startup animation comes on, but when i check the csc code it is back to spr, or xas, and when i restart it after that, it goes back to the sprint or no startup animation, is there any way to make it stay(BST)? i havent been able to figure it out,
