I had installed xda navigation control app but I uninstalled it as I didn't like it (ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS). After uninstalling, the navigation bar disappeared but still the gestures were not disabled. I tried reinstalling and uninstalling the app again and also tried to restart my phone but it didn't do anything. Please help me out.

Hello, I have a problem with the app Hide it. I used it to hide settings under apps and now I can't get to settings through the menu button or the notification bar. I have un-hide it, but it just goes back once the refresh button is pushed.
I un installed the app, still gone.
I have tried a dirty flash of syn 1.7 but still no settings.
This is quiet infuriating to be Frank. If anyone has advice please lay it on me. Thank you
*update* I restored and it fixed the problem.

I use full!screen from the google play store which uses root user to hide the status bar whenever one would like. After I enabled the kill all app when not in use developer option and changing my adw laucher ex to a system app so it wouldn't rload my launcher everytime, my status bar wouldnt show up anymore. I reverted back to adw user app and deselected the same developer option, and reinstalled full!screen multiple times and its still not working. any ideas?
ah! nevermind I fixed it by restoring a systemui titanium backup I had. It didn't work before but fro some reason it worked now

ok nvm its still not working after a restart. and now restoring the same backup I used before doesnt work anymore.any ideas?
Recently, I have installed an app which, when launched, uses the whole screen. It hides both the notification and navigation bars. Unfortunately, this app does provide a way to quit, so I stuck with this app and needed to reboot my phone.
I would like to ask is there a way to make the navigation bar become visible?
I don't think so, but you can program the smart key to launch any other app and then go to menu from there.

Screenshot of the buttons menu?
My navbar disappeared also, along with the status bar. Didn't uninstall or install anything. It just happened out of nowhere one day. Tried everything to get it back but no joy. Thankfully I had a nandroid backup, so just reflashed and all was ok.

I recently installed package disabler pro. The installation had issues and required me to install SureLock Kiosk Lockdown to activate a knox license before PDP could verify it's own knox license. Something along the way disabled access to my notification shade. I am still able to see my notification bar and all the pending notifications and information displayed, but I cannot pull it down to view or interact with these notifications or the quick launch tiles. There was a setting in Surelock to disable the notification bar, this has been toggled off, and I have uninstalled surelock. I have also reinstalled/uninstalled it a few times trying to toggle various settings.
Any ideas as to what could be block access to my notification bar, or how to restore it? Are there any adb commands, etc? I have cleared the cache partition and restarted the phone multiple times.
Thanks!

Sounds like s kind of kiosk mode is still enabled.
You can try if flashing a complete stock firmware (with Odin on pc) helps.
If you can enter into settings, check notifications settings and that do not disturb is not enabled.
But maybe you have to do a factory reset. Backup everything before.
