Hi folks. Love the phone but when I'm scrolling down a weboage or Tumblr my phone will suddenly scroll a long way, or scroll back up the page when I was going down previously. Done it since new. I am running the same apps as on my Note 8 and that phone didn't exhibit this scrolling issue.
Any ideas and does anyone else have this problem? I have wiped the cache partiton.

Hi, since I have s6, I used only the Samsung browser because of all the functions it has. However, recently (I can't remember when it started) the URL bar and navigaton bar at the bottom won't hide while scrolling down any more. Even when playing videos in browser it stays.. I believe it shouldn't do that and there is no option for that anywhere. I tried clearing cache and data but it didn't help. I'm on stock marshmallow (which is great btw).
Did anyone have that problem and if someone knows how to fix this I would be grateful!
I resolved the problem. In case anyone else has it, try turning off Optical Reader in Settings -> Accessibility, under Services.
Hi, I just switched recently from my Note 10 Plus (on Android 11) to a Note 20 Ultra (also on Android 11) and in both cases I am experiencing two issues:
1.) Screen randomly freezing no sensitiveness to gestures...device automatically refreshing the home screen and everything is working fine again
2.) gestures in general to me appear less sensitive
Anybody else experiencing this issue? As this happened on both devices since I switched to UI3.0 I am suspecting it is a general Samsung issue.
are you using 3rd party launcher? it could be an app running causing issues

Some days I experience Aw snap messages 1-2 times during the day. Anyone else facing this issue? Can't say if related to Chrome app or the phone.
It used to happen on my S9+ . All I did to fix it was clear the cache and disable Chrome, restart phone and enable and update it. That ought to help it.
Anyone else having terrible problems with their Find X2 Pro since installing ColorOS12?
The camera works maybe 1 time in 5, the others it loads and the horizon line moves, but the picture doesn't update and I can't take photos.
Other apps are regularly hanging or crashing back to launcher and the phone has rebooted itself twice
It's it possible to downgrade from 12 to 11? My phone was perfect before and now it's unreliable as hell.
Turning off the extra 3GB of RAM in storage (Developer options) appears to have fixed it!
I have experienced random freezing for a little while now, maybe since the last system update but possibly already since before that.
Another thing that happens is that swiping my home screen left or right does something completely different, and swiping from the top edge down to bring that quick menu also fails sometimes. These things were rare though, mostly it was random freezes that was bugging me.
Today it got so bad that I found this post.
I tried the 3GB option, the jury is still out. So far so good.

I have a problem with the autofocus in 4k30 video mode (and live HDR). It is cleary slower than on 4k60 mode and doesn't focus well.

Ever since I updated my S22 Ultra (SD) to Android 13, I have a big problem with Swipe Gesture (Navigation Bar). When I swipe to return (back) sometimes it brings up the resent apps instead. It's very annoying. Anyone else has this problem? Any ideas how to fix it (hard reset my device is not an option)?
btw, I'm using Nova 7 Launcher.
It is a known problem with third party launchers and gestures. Nothing to do unless Google corrects it.
You can try to clear phone cache and or restart Nova. Maybe with forthcoming Nova 8 it will work better
