I just bought a HTC Exodus 1, coming from a Razer Phone 2, but it is the HTC_621 TWM_TW version on Android 9 2.37.709.3. Is there a international or US version RUU I could change to?

The phone is running great, no problems..
Can someone tell me if I'm running the latest version of the rom? If not, what is latest version for this phone?
Also, where can I go to get it updated.

I'm kinda new to Mate 7 and I don't know much about versions and how to upgrade.
I used to upgrade my Samsung mobiles but it looks kinda different here.
I wanna someone to specify the steps to upgrade to the latest version i heard that there is a marshmallow version dunno maybe lollipop but I need the original version for middle east or any version that support Arabic language.

I have two HTC U11 Life phones, one that shipped with Android 7.1.1 and the other that shipped with Android 8. I would like to downgrade the phone with Android 8 to 7.1.1. Is this going to be possible? If I have to downgrade the bootloader, is that going to be possible?

Android 8 is U11 Life ANDROID ONE version
android 7.1.1 is U11 Life US version
