I live France and have the Huawei P8.
My carrier is Orange
The build number on the phone is GRA-L09V100R001C109B121
Android version is 5.0
EMUI is 3.1
Custom version is CUSTC109D250
The phone is running great, no problems..
Can someone tell me if I'm running the latest version of the rom? If not, what is latest version for this phone?
Also, where can I go to get it updated.

I have the honor 6 international version
I have rooted and unlocked my bootlader using the multi tool from here
So i heard that there's going to be n EMUI 3.1 update after some time (I don't mean the beta version) and I was wondering that will the update be available for my phone or not ? And if is available can i install the update directly from the update center or should I install it through HiSuite ?
And is there any updates available now ?

Hello everyone. So I broke my phone and I had to fix it. After an hour trying to figure out what's my android's current version I found another solution and managed to restore my phone successfully. But now I'm wondering:
What's the build number/android version/emui version of my android phone?
Now this question might seem really stupid, but as I have figured out the newest version for H60-L04 is B390. My current system is:
Device: H60-L04
Build number: H60-L04C151B507
EMUI: 3.1
Android: 5.1.1
I'm confused because the build number ends with B507 and not B390 or any other B3XX. So what is my android/emui version exactly (the BXXX part)?

B390 is older than B507.
B3xx is emui 3.0 (Kitkat)
B5xx is emui 3.1 (Lollipop) <- this is your current version
B8xx is emui 4.0 (Marshmallow)
I see, thank you for clarification. That means the stock rom thread is outdated. Is there a place where I could find all stock roms for my device? I feel like I'm not using the latest version. Oh, and the marshmellow for my device is still in beta, right?

I'm kinda new to Mate 7 and I don't know much about versions and how to upgrade.
I used to upgrade my Samsung mobiles but it looks kinda different here.
I wanna someone to specify the steps to upgrade to the latest version i heard that there is a marshmallow version dunno maybe lollipop but I need the original version for middle east or any version that support Arabic language.

I am from India and my dad has an honor 4c which he has never updated. Its currently running on kitkat 4.4 build version CHM-U01V100R001C636B160. Now I want to update it to marshmallow to improve its performance. The phone does not show any update over the air. I have checked on the hihonor website and it currently shows only marshmallow update for the phone with build version C675B530. The release notes for the marshmallow update say that it should be used to update phones with builds B370, B380, B390 and B502 only.
Can anyone please tell if I can use this marshmallow build to update my phone? Also, I read somewhere that I will have to update to lollipop first. If so, where can I get the lollipop build for India?

Hi i have got a Huawei Honoe 8 with model number FRD-AL10 and EMUI vesion 4.1 running on it ,
i want to install indian version on this phone .... i am a total noob in this segent and unaware of custom roms , bootloader , flashing etc , presently i am in bangalore ,
can someone let me know how to install the latest android version with the laterst version of huawei EMUI on my Honor 8
a step by step guide is highly appreciated...
if all the version installed are already tested and stable then its much better as i dont want to go through the troublesome process of installing another
version if the earlier version is not working.. kindly help...
