Hello,
I was using Andropods to read and check my Battery level of my Airpods. I was wondering, if it would be possible to get the temperature more preciously then at steps of 5. I'm using Android 10 and have Airpods 2.gen.
I hope anyone has a solution

Yesterday my Nexus 5 lost 55% of the battery in 3 hrs in a weak signal area (Using AT&T). Android OS was using 60% of the battery. Today after a fresh charge it has a good signal and Android OS is at 40% battery consumption and continuing to climb. I have done a reset of the phone since I didn't have much on it and it's back to the same behavior again. What is going on here?
I'm having serious doubts about keeping this phone and buying a Moto X
I'm now attempting to put the phone in airplane mode and using GrooveIP while at home (maybe 3 bars is to low for it for a signal before it kills the battery?) That's not normal. I have to decide quickly if I'm going to keep this phone or opt for a Moto X

You should first troubleshoot the problem instead of thinking of buying other phones. I would suggest factory restoring and monitoring things. Use betterbatterystats and see what exactly is slurping battery.

I've reset it and even with nothing else installed it does the same. It's always the Android OS using it.
Get Wakelock Detector from Play and set the option to monitor the OS. Check it after a few hours and see if suspend_backoff is the culprit under kernel wakelocks.
If so, it is disturbing Google hasn't fixed this in 4.4. It has been an issue for quite some time.

Yeah. All other platforms have amazing standby times. This is sad.

Hi everyone
So, I recently encountered a battery issue with my Honor 6... Let me explain.
Device Details:
- Model: Honor 6 (H60-L04)
- OS: Stock Android 4.4.2 (EMUI 3.0)
- Never rooted or unlocked
I bought this device in June, at first everything was ok. For two months I used the best phone I could ever get for 299€, here in Italy.
Now, about a week ago, I started to notice some strange behavior of the battery. It was like suddenly the charge level dropped incredibly, leaving the device without energy pretty fast.
This morning was the worst. After an hour of standard usage (Wi-Fi ON, Social Apps, a couple of YouTube 1080p videos) the battery reached 89-90%. Before I go to sleep, as I usually do, I turned off my phone. Then, when I woke up and turned it back on, the battery level was 50%!!!
I know that this kind of behavior could be considered normal after a couple of years, for a Lithium battery, but I used this device only for TWO MONTHS! Do you have any idea if this is a common issue? Or maybe it's MY phone that is faulty. Hope you can help.
UPDATE: Day 2, same exact behavior. Turn off with 91% or something like that. Turned back on in the morning, battery level 49%
Suggest you head to the thread of extreme battery life by Vaisakh 7 and post the dumps per his OP (please google having trouble in copying link)
Pretty sure you will get an answer

Been noticing a high bluetooth battery drain with the gear s2 paired with Moto X pure edition. I previously had a pebble time paired with it with no drain. Anybody else seen this? Ideas how to fix?
Also noticing high bluetooth drain as well on my Note 5. Was noticing it recently with my Moto 360 as well before upgrading. When the watch was off no such drain. Not sure what is causing the drain.

I have Note 5 and Gear S2 , didn't notice a difference in battery drain from having the watch and not. Mine is paired , and I use the watch with the phone all day long. I don't have many apps set up for notifications , so maybe this is where your drain is coming from??
Out of curiosity, do either of you have the GasBuddy app installed? For me, it had a major bug which caused bluetooth battery drain, just like what you're seeing

Hi all. I have recently updated my system to android pie. and after that whenever I charge my phone, its battery tempreture rises as high as 48 degree (ofcourse I stop charging at this time so dont know if it will rise further or not.)
I am not sure if any body is facing same issue.
Please help me if anybody know the reason and the solution to heating problem.
Edit :- There is no heating problem playing highend games like pubg, asphalt 8

Did you reset your phone after update. If not I would suggest you to do this first and check it.
Is it really necessary to reset the device? Cause it will take much time to backup and restore

To outrule any hardware issues it's necessary.
By using Huawei backup tool you can back up everything.
After major upgrades there are chances of such issues . In most of the cases soft reset solves the problem.
I formatted my device cleared cache partition but the problem is still there,
Device gets hot while charging after pie update. Now it gets hot even when you play pubg.
I dont know if anybody else has faced this issue but there are no discussion or solution for this thing over the web.
Edit :- The device gets hot on the upper part of it so I am sure its not battery its processor who is getting hot. possible reason could be the kernal. but I dont know how to resolve it as I am not rooted and neither want to root it.
cpu monitor shows cpu tempreture to 37 degree celcius and battery temperature to 42 degree celcius

Honor increased the charging speed even with the quick charger (9V/2A) that was included in the box in the India variant to reach charging speeds of the super charger (5V/4.5A). Previously on EMUI 8.0 I used to see around 2A as the charging current in the 'Ampere' app. Now with EMUI 9.0 I see it goes all the way to 3.2A. This is why the phone gets so hot.
You could switch to using a slower charger (5V/2A) to bring down the charging temperature a lot. Use the quick charger only if you're in a hurry.
Cheers,
Anish

Hi, everyone. My Poco F4 GT has some problems. If anyone can help me, would be a lot for me.
1) It has not a very good battery or SOT. It charged really quick. But drains too much.
2) After latest Security Update my phone just shut down automatically & didn't open for a while. Even another Poco F4 GT in my house also had the same problem.
3) It has a great Speaker. But wasn't that loud in the earphones. So, i have to change the region now earphone volume is loud & good. But the speaker sound now is not that loud.
Thanks in Advance...
This is not poco f4 gt forum... We don't have this device...

Hi, all the phones with this level of charge have the battery time problem, if you charge faster you can get a faster discharge.
in my opinion, try a regular charger...
Remember all the phones learn your charge habits to help.
I can recomend to you use de xiaomi. eu rom sometimes have best performance.
