Hope this can help you understand how samsung super fast charge work and choose a right charger.

The NOTE 10 Lite charger is 25W and not 45W like NOTE 10.

Quick charge compatible car chargers

Looks like the Note 4 comes with a 2A charger. I imagine this is all we would need in a car charger to support the quick charging?
Nope. The charger has some type of 9 volt mode to facilitate the quick charge, apparently.

You'd need a special Samsung charger. The one that comes with the Note 4 has dual modes. It will charge at 9V 1.67A up to 50%~ and then switch over to the regular 5V 2A.

So, has anyone tried the ones not listed by Samsung or Qualcomm? Amazon has both Anker and Verizon for about $10 or $12 that are 2 or 2.1 amp. I know they probably don't do what the officially compatible ones do but they'd be better than the old Sprint thing I have been using for 5 years, right? It's probably 1 amp or less. I need a new charger but not necessarily fully-compatible until they get cheap like this stuff I am seeing.
If you want the fast charging in your car you need to buy one that is Quick Charge 2.0 capable.
I tried 10W car charger from Samsung and it charged from about 60 % 1% every minute up to 75 % while testing it. But it isnĀ“t really fast charging technology or?

Where did you get this information re 50%?
When mine passes 50% it continues to quick charge according to the battery stats I have obtained on my device.
I imported a number of the Incipio car chargers to the UK. They are excellent but not cheap!

Where to buy fast charger?

Where can I purchase a fast charger for the honor 8? Also will the Samsung fast charger work with the honor 8?
Fast charger comes out of the box with Honor 8 why do you need it?, u can not use Samsung fast charger on Huawei phone.
apparently at the time being there is none, although i bet you could get it from China, but best not get things that we are not sure about its originality! I am waiting for someone to sell their fast carger too..
Best option is to buy a genuine one from eBay. It is the only place so far you can get a true huawei quick charge.
Huawei mate 8 have the same charger, here's mine from AliExpress http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=69099182&postcount=14 link in that thread. Works with no issues at all.
Is there a car cigarette lighter plug in one from a previous phone that also works with fast charging? 5V 2A wall chargers work fine and my friend's LG G4 charger did as well. Neither was using Fast Charge, but AIDA64 said they were charging at ~2A which got me a decent amount of juice in 30 minutes anyway.
edit: This was supposed to be in reply to the post directly below.

Use another charger and cable

I bought a Lenovo p2 wich have fast charging, but i charge the phone at the night and i dont need the fast charging feature, and the fast charge heat the phone a bit. I think it is more healthy for the phone to not use the fast charging if i dont need. Am i right?
So, can i use a charger and a cable of redmi note 3 pro? Or should i buy another from another brand? Thanks!
I don't know what the official word on this is. But I use chargers of other phones all the time. I have never had a problem so far.

I really think the problem is first with the usbc 3.1 cable. Be sure to buy one that is fully usbc 3.1 and from a good brand, then charge it. LG V50 has 5Gbps usbc 3.1 port enabled. The most advanced in smartphone market. Then go for 5v 2a if the cable doesn't fix it.
Don't think that caused any trouble. I charge my phones with different charges convenient available at site. It's only whether I get fast charging or not AFAIS. Samsung fast charger doesn't fast charge my LG V50, but other third party brand does. Please kindly enlighten me if this hurt my battery life badly.

Charging regular vs warp

hello, I just got the oneplus 8 5g. I want to leave a charger at work and one at home which is a macbook pro charger. how long would it take to charge fully using the macbook pro charger? It would be for weekend use only. and is a Long charger since my outlet is a good 5 or 6 feet away. I really don't want to buy another charger so I'm okay with the slower charge, I'm just curious.
thank you

So I haven't tested this but according to Apple. The charger is a 60W for MacBooks and supports 27W and 12W charging through USB.
So either it will charge similar to warp charging or about half as fast (maybe 40mins for half battery)? That said.
As it's a laptop charger rather than a phone charger make sure to keep an eye on it. Although I believe they're made to see the charging limit of a device it could make the battery hotter than usual.
Good Luck!

Hi,
I got a MacBook charger at home too, it can fast charge your phone but since it's not OEM certified I won't risk to damage the battery. Fast charging can be dangerous for your battery health so I use it only with OEM provided tools.
Have a good day
