Android Auto not detecting Realme 5 Pro - Realme 5 Pro Questions & Answers

My Rm5P phone is not unlocked or rooted. But the phone is not getting detected by Android Auto of Soni XAV AX3000 Infotainment system of car.I tried by making USB Debugging On and opting for File Transfer. The USB cable used to connect is the original one supplied with the box. But the Soni system says USB device is not detected. But the laptop detects the phone with the same USB cable.I tried with other phones namely Nokia, Samsung,Oppo etc with this same USB cable. They all are getting detected and Android Auto is working smoothly. The problem is with Realme 5 Pro only.I want to rectify this. Can anyone help me to get Android Auto detecting my Rm5P?

I've the same problem.
Did you manage to get it solved?
It can be caused by the usb cable?

Is it solved
Is it solved, please reply with solution

It is solved? How do you know this?

I've use an original cable from Samsung, but I don't know if the problem was the cable or something else

yo para que me conecte, tengo que conectarlo como transferencia de datos.

I had the same problem no longer, if the PC does not detect the phone you have to send it into service after sale to change the motherboard.

This is the same problem as me, and i think the phone is still running but crashed after the "power off" on twrp right ? in this case you have to wait some time and your idol 3 will rebooting magically xD we don't have access to the battery so we can't remove the battery ... This is just a supposition

Bricked Idol 3 (5.5), Not recognizable by PC

Hey guys, I think my phone is hard-bricked,
The problem started when I rebooted my phone. It didn't get stuck in bootloop but just showed the black and white Alcatel Onetouch text. I noticed it was getting stuck, so I tried to go into recovery mode. The screen just went black after that.
Here are the problems:
Pressing the power button and any other button combinations does NOTHING. There are no screen flickers, logo pop-ups, battery symbol, download/recovery mode text. NOTHING.
My PC won't recognize my dead phone after plugging it into all USB ports. Mobile Upgrade Q doesn't recognize it. ADB doesn't recognize it. Windroid Toolkit doesn't recognize it. My PC just tells me that it detects a USB device, and that it may not be working properly. The files on my phone can't be viewed.
The LED indicator still works when I plug it in via USB. I've been told that only the screen may be dead, but I want to exhaust all software options first before I try replacing the screen.
My phone isn't rooted and it's running Android Lollipop. The battery was at 51% when I rebooted my phone. Before I rebooted my phone, I was just updating my apps and browsing Reddit. However, I went to sleep while my apps were updating and checked my phone when I woke up to see that Instagram was still updating, even though it was stuck at "8 minutes left" since before I went to bed. I also noticed that my OpenCamera and the stock camera app didn't work because they both claimed another app was using it. That's when I decided to reboot my phone. So, what can I do now?
ummm bump??
Update:
Mobile Upgrade Q recognizes my phone, BUT it stops at "Read terminal information failed. Check the phone status".
Device manager shows that it recognizes my phone as a Qualcomm device only.
Long pressing the power button for about 30 seconds does something. I'm not sure how, but that's how I got my PC to recognize my phone as "Android HS-USB QDLoader 9008" on the Ports part of the device manager.
Pressing the power button, volume up and down button does something too. My PC makes a USB disconnect sound when I press any button combo for a reaaally long time.
I tried the Panasonic Eluga software too but it stops at 2% with "Load NPRG Error. (Error Code = 5002)".
Still nothing showing up on the screen when I press literally any buttons. White LED still turns on whenever I plug my phone to my PC/power outlet. My phone heats up a bit too so I know it's charging at least.
Try using Mobile Q Upgrade in WinXP, i got same problem phone not recognised in Win7. Good luck.
I had this problem -my pc (Win 7)would not recognize the idol 3 as a phone.
I installed Alcatel Smart Suite for the Idol 3
http://www.alcatel-mobile.com/cari/s...martsuite/list
After that my pc finally recognized the Idol 3 as a phone. I don't know if installing smart suite was the reason. I never actually used smart suite.
Desligue do carregador e insira o cabo
no PC, faça correr o programa, Mobile Upgrade Q 5.0.0 neste momento o programa ja não vai dar erro , quando o programa de Mobile Upgrade, finalizar vai ter o problema resolvido
"ESPERO"
No meu teste só assim o pc reconheceu ; Android HS-USB QDLoader 9008.

I have had same problem. But the reason for it happenning was that there was something wrong with my pc usb ports(though the problems only happens when I have phone connected to it). Restarting pc usually fixes it.

Hi, i have the same problem here.
I cant connect to PC but charging phone is normal.
I have checked USB drivers everithing seems to be ok.
I have instaled MiPhoneAssistant.
Maybe reseting usb hubs will help??? Sometimes after pc goes to sleep windows forget usb device.
MIUI global 9.6 stable 9.6.2.0
I have solved an issue.
Go on your phone Developer option and change to PTP (pcture transfer)
Connect to PC
Drivers should be instaled corectly
After that, everithyng works fine with every USB mod selected
