Google Camera with HDR+ working on mido! (Updated 171226)

Hello everyone! Read the news about the ported Google Camera, and it's just stated to work with Snapdragon 820 and up, but I just had to install it on my LineageOS Note 4 and HDR+ is actually working! In my opinion it lowers the digital noise a lot, and will be my daily camera app.
Camera2 API needs to be enabled for the app to work.

I don't know for sure if it will solve the problem, but have you tried enabling camera2 API? What happened when you tried the app?

MIUI9.
I was try - all work. Enable Camera2Api, reboot.
HDR+ and video stabilization working.

Mine seems to be working, but there is pink tint makes it unusable.

but i don't have persist.camera.HAL3.enabled.. the problem is here !

Maybe you already have Google camera installed? You have to uninstall previous versions before installing this one.

I found solution
I changed file name (I removed .1.1 in file name). System think that was type of file

Pixel experience gsi is fantastic daily driver custom rom

Hi guys im using treble pixel experience gsi and the rom is amazing. Everything is working great. I don't saw any bugs. The preformance and battery are good.

Yep. You can flash it using fastboot and everything is working.

just tried it, installed perfectly and runs without issues but camera only works with the camerafix and quality is a lot worse than stock, gcam doesnt work since no raw support

On RR remix, everything smooth, work good, but the camera . Will perfect if our devices has ggcam

Ai mode working perfectly on pixel experience caf based rom , I am on latest vendor .

If you have problems with front camera try this magisk module by nhappymanncp: https://mega.nz/#!RW5kTSYQ!eM1VY8dqB...UrSbBRanejSys8
Flash only with Magisk 19.2+ version, after flashing module in magisk, wipe cache and dalvik/art cache in recovery before booting phone up.
Download this patch and it will work .

I know it's for Android 11 but I tried it on Arrow os 12. for me the portrait mode and nightscape is not working. and when taking hdr it crashes the app. is there anyone using it on Android 12 confirm if these are working?

I'm using ArrowOS 12 (11/25 build - GApps variant - OnePlus 7 Pro) and both Portrait / Nightscape modes work just fine. No crash either with HDR.

Does video stabilization work with this apk on custom roms as well?
