Hi there!
I want to go back to stable ROM but I don't find the way to do it.
-From stock recovery: I don't have any option to install from internal storage.
-From System updates: Appears the message "the package version is lower than current. You can't install it..."
How can I go back to stable?
Regards.

Wait until the stable tree has caught up with the beta.
Do not take any additional beta software and wait for the state tree to pass the beta.
This will allow you to upgrade and not rollback.
This will allow you to keep your data and not wipe.

Just check xda or OnePlus (you can use Oxygen Updater app too) from time to time to see when the next stable is released. Once that happens, download the zip file and try the local upgrade via system settings.
If you want to do this, DO NOT update your system to the newest Open Beta anymore if one is released, wait for the next stable.

You could encounter some serious issues by dirty flashing a stable over a beta. The best option is to always do a full wipe
Can you backup data only using TWRP on beta and restore the data with no issues after flashing stable??

This is an unofficial port of TWRP Recovery for the Oppo F1F on Project Spectrum Bootloader. Much Thanks and credit goes to the TWRP team, Lineage team, and brinleyaus for making this possible. This will allow flashing of modification zips (eg. supersu, magisk, xposed, etc) over the top of Project Spectrum or flashing spectrum based ROMS.
Instructions:
Already running Project Spectrum
- If you haven't already unlocked you bootloader you will need to go into SETTINGS > ABOUT PHONE and tap BUILD NUMBER 7 times to unlock DEVELOPER OPTIONS, Then go into SETTINGS > DEVELOPER OPTIONS and enable them, also enable ADB DEBUGGING and OEM UNLOCK. Now reboot into fastboot (adb reboot bootloader) and run fastboot oem unlock.
- Install this image file through fastboot (If you are unsure of this step follow one of the many tutorials about installing TWRP through fastboot)
On ColourOs with TWRP
- Do a full wipe first or the install will fail. (In TWRP hit WIPE then swipe to factory reset.) Do a backup first as you will lose data.
- Flash this zip file through twrp and then hit "wipe dalvic and cache", then hit HOME then REBOOT then RECOVERY. (rebooting to the new recovery will ensure the recovery sticks) then Flash any Spectrum based rom or restore any Spectrum based backup. NOTE the ColorOs system and boot.img will still be there but wont boot so you MUST flash or restore a Spectrum based rom before you reboot to system.

Which file are you talking about, I just checked the links and the flashable zip was actually pointing to the full ROM which defiantly has the 3.1.1-0 version. (I just fixed the link to point at the bootloader, firmware and twrp zip.) Are you rebooting to recovery after flashing to make it stick?

No, Read the OP of this thread. There is a zip (and instructions) to return to ColorOs Bootloader, firmware and TWRP. From there you can flash any TWRP flashable ColourOs based Rom (ColorOs or LineageOS) or restore backups from them.
Which root method will be used for this?

Flash the latest directly by extracting the zip and fastboot flashing each file. Open the flash all script in a word editor to see the commands if you're unsure, but do not run it or it will wipe your phone. Also do not run the wipe userdata command obviously haha

3. Xiaomi classmates do not support voice wake-up
?? Assistant??
4. Temporarily does not support the long screenshot function
5. Temporarily does not support the Xiaomi mutual transmission function
6. Temporarily does not support one-key switch
7. The sun screen of some machines does not take effect ?? Daylight??
8. Probably failed to upgrade the application in the application store ?? some apps wont update??
It also might need stock recovery to flash it

no.
Fastboot flash a standard non-beta build.. (don't let it relock the bootloader) using miflash with one of the fastboot roms.
https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?guide=2
That way you should hopefully get back to a stock working android 10 rom and stock recovery, from there if you want to flash another beta you can go through the process again.
Android 11 has changed something with the FBE and twrp doesn't decrypt properly.

In the android 10 zip file there is a compatibility.zip which does not exist in the android 11 zip file. I think it might cause a problem if you put the older update-binary zip in the android 11 zip file.

The downgrade tool will format all data and return you to OOS10 OB19 stock and fresh.
Your bootloader will remain unlocked and you can fastboot boot twrp, flash twrp zip, reboot recovery and flash custom ROMs if you so choose, or you can just set yourself back up in OB19.
