Walmart ONN 10' tablet FRP lock - General Questions and Answers

Is there a way to bypass the FRP on the ONN tablet? This was given to me by my MIL and she set it up for my nephew and now cannot remember what account it was used for. Is there a way to bypass the FRP or do I just need to trash it

It's possible, but the method depends on what android version you have.
Can you give me the specific model number of the device and can you tell me what android version the device has installed? I'll see what I can find. I've done this on some RCA tablets from Walmart and a few other devices. It wasn't too difficult.
There are actually a lot of videos on YouTube that discuss different ways of bypassing FRP. I did some Google searching for methods to bypass FRP on the specific model numbers of the devices I had, I found a lot of videos on YouTube. Then, I kept trying the methods that I found until I found one that worked.

Not the device name, the model number, you can find it by going to system settings>about >hardware info>model number or system settings>about>model number.

Try asking people in the thread linked below. They've figured out how to do quite a few different things on that device in that thread.

I had the same problem, but quickly found a solution. Instead of searching for a solution for the Surf, I searched for "Android 9.0 tablet frp bypass" and found a video that i used to bypass the google verification:
Just go to youtube website and search for "Alcatel Tab 8068 FRP Bypass Without Pc Android 8.1 New Method 2020" by NR Solution. Because I'm a new user I am unable to post links directly, all I can do now is give directions
The only difference is where u should choose a keyboard layout another keyboard layout. Just remember to choose a US keyboard, then continue following the rest of the way. These additional information I'm giving you will all make sense to you when you get to that part.
I hope i was able to help someone.

This is an old thread but thought I'd let amylase wondering know that if you have another device with Bixby and you use it with the camera to translate it helps a lot.. once you get into the settings through the method on the video then just go to pinning and it will have you set a pin. Which also resets the pin to log on. Then bam! You're in like Flynn. Thanks for the help

[Q] Asus unlock won't recognize Google password

Okay, trying to unlock my ME301T and it won't recognize my google password. I am trying to install OMNIROM. Tablet is stock, with the latest updates, running 4.2.1 Here are the stats
Asus ME301T
Kernel ver 3.1.10-gab03a80
Build number JOP40D.US_epad-10.6.1.31
What do I need to do? Still kind of a noob with android, so any help would be appreciated. Oh yeah, tried to post this in the ME301T OMNI thread, but it won't let me since I have been pretty much a lurker and not a poster...
One more tidbit, I did try the search function, but didn't really find anything.
Ok, I have registered my product with Asus and it still doesn't want to unlock. Any hints? Still searching the forums
Nevermind, I was an idiot. It had to do with my google + account settings. All fixed and unlocked.
TIA
all is good now. Running omni homemade, with the KK compatability pack 2.5 running like a champ! Everything works like it should. Props to Scanno for his work
Actually, just downgaded to KK compatability pack 2.1 and I now have overclocking. Yay!!
Well, close to a month and no issues. I have been flip-flopping back and forth between Omni, CM11 and Beanstalk. I am having quite a bit of fun deciding which one works best for me. So far, Omni is out in front.
Same problem

I'm having the same issue. I don't know what the difference is between my google account and my g+
Hey, I solved this. You just need to generate an app-specific password from Google.
Just search "app-specific google password", and you will get to the right place.
Huh, that is weird. I didn't have to do that. I actually forgot how I got it to work. I believe that I had to reset what devices were able to use my google+ account.
Problem so far solved

I had my Google account blocking unknown apps. So either I had to get a specific password for every app or disable that feature in Google..
Another Solution
None of the solutions described above worked for me -- the only thing that worked was to go to Settings > Accounts > (settings menu, three vertical dots in upper right hand corner) > Remove Google account.
Once I had removed my Google account from the device, the UnLock tool from ASUS appears to have worked fine.

Hack/Root/ VTECH Tablet INNOTAB MAX

Hi,
I've got for my son a french child tablet VTech STORIO MAX (INNOTAB in US). It's block by UI for android access.
Can you help me for disable UI interface and get android only.
I managed access but when it's reboot or push home button, it's re launch UI VTech.

Does anyone know how to hack kidibuzz?
I was gonna do a whole thread about this, but because of the ten post rule, I can't. So here I am. Just wanted to see if anyone knew how to hack the vtech kidibuzz android smart device. I mainly want to know how to figure out the parent mode pin because I forgot it and wanted to hack into it to get the pin. Like maybe a computer app that tests every single pin that exists to find the right one. I'd be bummed if there wasn't a way.

Hack the PIN? No.
There may be a way to remove the file containing the PIN lock setting, this would remove the PIN, but, it requires rooting the device and using adb shell commands.

Oukitel WP7 General Discussion

Greetings to all.
So we have a well-developed topic by model Oukitel WP6:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/oukitel-wp6-discussion-t4112963
but we don't have a topic by model Oukitel WP7 at all, although this phone has similar problems in the firmware - unloading applications from memory by firmware, non-delivery of notifications, etc. I would like to know if it is possible to install an alternative firmware on this model, and how to do it.
Thanks.

If you can unlock the bootloader then I think it's as easy as flashing the GSI using the same method in wp6

It's not the problem with the phone, it's the users . This phone has some hardcore security settings turned on by default. If You configure it properly it will work like any other. For example let's say You want Messenger app always ready to receive new messages. First enable notifications in phone settings then go to the Phone manager app(big shield icon) and to its setting, add messenger to the white list so it wont be killed on lockscreen, also enable autorun for it so it can work all the time.
I'm totally fine with the way it works, it's easier for me to grant the notifications to few important apps than to disable it on all the garbage like shopping apps or games.
Hi. I am interested in this phone. It works fine? Any problem?

What i did
This is a very interesting phone model.
Currently done and fixed:
- Received root on both official firmware, on v16 and v29 (Magisk, pathing boot.img)
- fixed destruction of applications from memory, thanks to instructions from the topic about Oukitel WP6
That, so far, I could not win:
- Forced disabling of notifications from applications when updating from Google Play and another, I do not know how to deal with this.
The latter is very annoying, since you have to follow each update and re-enable notifications.
Perhaps, under the root of the rights, just edit some file to fix this?

Thank you, I read it, I got root rights according to the instructions, I want to stay on my native firmware, fixing the developer's bugs in order to safely use the phone, but I could not defeat the disconnection of notifications from applications when updating

Yes, I did everything, and even more, I was able to overcome the disconnection of wi-fi and bluetooth with a long inactivity.
You're right about the user.
But can you tell me.
How to prevent notifications from turning off when apps are updated in Google Play?

do you mean some apps force close and you won't get notifications when your phone goes off? if that's the case then just TURN OFF the "intelligent power saving" in the settings or from SYSTEM MANAGER APP. if it still kill your background apps then you might need to uninstall the duraspeed app on your phone if it's installed.

Thanks for your reply.
I went through the indicated stages and I got rid of the problem described by you.
I did not delete the DuraSpeed, but turned it off through the ADB and the MacroDroid.
But I mean a completely different problem.
Let's say I install the Viber or Slack application, after installing from Google Play, notifications are turned off by default. OK. I enable them in my notification settings. After a while, these applications are updated, and notifications are disabled in the settings again.
This is the problem I mean.
Hello every body,
There is a built in app named DURASPEED. Open the app third party file explorer and then you can leave the app stay on backround Like message, whatsapp, email and so on that they dont got killed.
Then phone is just awesome
Okey, i see you are allready found that app. Next time need to read more

Its not workin
No adb, no usb connect. Can not transfer file via computer to Phone.
Can not mount data & system. If you want them mounted you need to format all but then you can't get any file there.
Maybe if i but sdcard in and try that way. But no time to test today.
Can you used it normal, like it supposed?
I try to flash gsi, but that also doesn't work. Without twrp of course.

Do not worry.
I found what the problem is.
I apologize for the inaccuracy of the wording and wrote that it works, although in fact it just started, loaded, but the functionality is cut down.
The problem is in the mapping and I need several diligent hours to fix it and update it for us.
Thank you for your feedback, this is very important to me.

I'm wondering, since I started, I achieved some success, in the new version the zip installation works from a connected external flash drive, and I download several dozen de-encrypting modifications, maybe over the weekend it will turn out to sort out and bring the idea to the end, cleaned up the extra ways and made the ADB work in this mode, maybe over the weekend it remains to decipher and then it will be ready for the test.

How to remove/bypass FRP on Android 8.0?

Look through the Youtube tutorials until you find the one that involves using a SIM card with a PIN code on it. It's some Russian guy. That one always works if followed properly, I believe, but it's not one that I've found in text format, only on YouTube.

Would it be possible to get this phone added as a device, or maybe a General Questions thread for blu devices? Not sure if this is improper protocol here but if I looked around a bit and that just seems like the next logical step.. I think. Lol. I have never posted here either, but have also frequented here over the last several years. I have this device, as well as a few other Blu products, just started learning them recently. Its a mediatek course, have poke around with various features , still trying to unlock the bootloader. Did successfully unlock the bootloader on my Blu v50 (g50 plus clone), but the process is not the same. I created an account for this, will be watching here and on a few other devices, hopefully we can get some info to continue tinkering

i got into the phone by opening emergency calls. Then adding and editing emergency contact info. You will see the option to whe re you can call or send a text. choose text, then the three dots in top right corner allowing you to select details. In details click on notifications, then click the middle of the top of the screen which will open the messages app info. Now click open. open settings and choose permissions. Now you should see the search icon in the top right corner. Click it and type apps. In the apps go to play services and disable it, go back to where you typed apps and type accessibility. Go to accessibility and select the first option, think it is the accessibility menu. open it and turn it on...Now go all the way back to the start screen. Open the accessibility and and select the assistant. You will be asked to enable play services. after doing this you should be able to set up the device...if not restart the device and you should be able to then...If I haven't forgotten anything...I am going on memory alone with no device to refresh my steps...goodluck

Lo' there have you or anyone else made any headway on the B140DL? I have 2 of these little Blu Bastards and totally went Frankenstein on one of them. (Yes it still works) I have found the reboot "Test Points" but haven't been successful in forcing Brom mode. If you can get it into Brom mode you can get MTK Client to recognize it and run the script to unlock the bootloader. But I'm not sure about getting it out of Brom after that. I'm not afraid to find out, I'll keep you posted on my progress.

I used this tool to unlock my galaxy a12 it has all the tools for forcing brom and all kind of stuff https://androidfilehost.com/user/?w=settings-dev-files&flid=335303 obviously it would be different because it's a different phone but that tool might help you out

Any update on this phone by any chance? Which test points are the correct ones?? I've been trying to figure It out for hours. And how did you find that info out if you don't mind me asking, just curious.
Turned mine on for the first time in a couple months, saw there's a security update. Won't be installing that, it seems unlikely but I'll hold out hope that a way to root or unlock bootloader is discovered for this phone someday. I'm on the July 5, 2022 update.
Ive tried this FRP bypass and I dont have the option of choosing permissions when I go to edit the text file. I have been able to get into drive but still havent found the app permissions options maybe it has been patched? The phone was last updated security wise oct 10 2022

The only thing I have gotten it to do from test point is reboot. The only thing that I can tell you is tear it down and start shorting them out one by one. But be careful, don't stay on point for too long. You may end cooking something.
