Thought about it and I still don't understand. There has never been any official announcement from anyone regarding GB. So a product release that has never been given a solid date can't be delayed. It can only be announced at this point. They've said Summer and last I check we're just starting Summer.

umm.....its been announced that they are going to release GB just not the date. So they can release it 10yrs from now and say here is our promise!
They did say BEFORE summer. Summer officially begins like June 16th. So we'll see.
Summer is June 21st. Not the 16th.

Plus why does the article about the G2x suddenly turn into a Sensation review? The article is titled G2x but the page name is HTC_sensation.

GB comes out on June 15th. Its recommended to have 50% or more battery so the update can finish thoroughly.

It might happen, but in no way would it happen by December. Expect something like March or April at the earliest. Programmers at cell phone companies are slow.

A lot of the blogs use flawed logic and very little evidence to perpetuate rumors just to drive traffic to their sites, not really newsworthy. How about blogs that actually lists verified bugs in existing 4.2.2 that needs to be fixed? Nowhere to be found. Here's one that I'm waiting for a fix on:

It makes sense if they merge the code and 7.1 isn't a huge update. The betas have been bare bones if you look at their majors. This is totally believable if they build the solid base. I'm hoping having a pretty large beta spread has helped. The bugs are exactly why they haven't wanted everyone to be trying it. The signal drops are annoying on this build but I'd hate it to be way more widespread.
