Redmi note 7 pro warranty void after root - Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro Questions & Answers

If I root my redmi note 7 pros and flash any other rom......after that warranty gets void...???
Anyone can tell me how to root but warranty doesn't have to void.....

Pretty much if you're rooted and try to warranty it you're out of luck. I void my warranty day one or at least after the waiting period to unlock the phone.

Thanks bro

[Completed] Will i lose my warranty?

I got my new moto g 2nd gen, and i don't know if i rooted i will still have my warranty. I don't want to install custom recovery!! So only root will voiding my warranty? :cyclops:
Also a read about something called safe root. Can i root my device with that?
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. From what I understand there's no way to root the Moto G without unlocking the bootloader, and unlocking the bootloader voids the warranty. So the answer to your question is rooting will void your warranty. If you want to go ahead, check out this thread:

Good luck!

Fixing a bricked verizon samsung galaxy note 5

If I were to flash the auto-root kernel on a Verizon Samsung galaxy note 5 and brick it, would it be possible to re-flash the stock kernel and de-brick my phone? If so how would I go about doing this or would I be stuck with a permanently bricked device? Thanks in advance for any responses

Wouldn't risk it with Knox 5s Root of Trust protection.

Should I root my S6? No warranty then

Hi
So I really want to root my S6 because the battery sucks and I want to install some Xposed stuff...
But the problem is that I'm on 5.1.1, so I can't root it without tripping the KNOX count.
I have asked Samsung about it and they say that it will void my warranty
So I'm still considering to root it or not.
If for example my camera doesn't work anymore, I have to pay to fix it.
What would you guys do?
Why why your camera is not working? Did you broke it?

He said for example, it's not that his camera is actually bad or broken

Does this have the same brick issue as note 8?

Where if it's bricked you need an Xiaomi account to unlock fastload?
Please say it's all good...
