Hello guys, just updated my V50 from V500N11m to V500N11q just now with October security patch. I just checked the update center and found an update. Now, on my 1st v50 with version 11o from U+ carrier, the
mini view and lockscreen weather animation are working just fine. Now I got a brand new one from SKT carrier, the version is V500N11m before updating to V500N11q just now and the problem is still there. I still cannot access mini view and even if it's raining, I cannot see the animation on my lock screen in which I can see from my 1st unit with V500N11o version. Can somebody help me? Thank you so much!

Hi all fellow 1020 owners,
When i first bought this phone months ago, i swear i remember seeing a screen rotation option in the settings.
Perhaps after an update, i can no longer find it.
Do any of you have this issue? Or maybe you can confirm that there isn't a Screen Rotation option in your settings.

The screen rotation lock was added as part of GDR3. Didn't exist on the software version that the device shipped with. What are you currently running?

sorry for the late reply.
i cant figure out what I'm running, just that it says lumia amber.
hope when lumia black is available it will be there as an option.
GDR3 is out as a developer preview and then is included in the Black update. I'm on AT&T, so I have the Black update, which is so odd for AT&T to release any update first.
Hi guys
I'm from the UK and currently in Cyprus on my holidays and I've noticed an issue with the automatic time zone change, it doesn't seem to work.
None of the the world clock displays any cities but it worked fine on Nougat when I was in Thailand as it showed local time and UK time as dual clock.
Anyone have this issue?
Found the issue I've disabled weather in my apps which now has fixed the world clock issue and auto update of location

Can anyone provide the side light notification as seen on LG G8s and newer models for LG G7 thinq running on Android pie. I was expecting in the new update but since there is blink led i guess it doesnt support. Also any AOD changes. Is it possible to get and install in APK [unrooted]. Im no developer and do not want to root my phone. Please Help !

My device is Samsung Galaxy s10e (SM-G970U1). Recently, I updated to the latest security patch (build: G970U1UES6HVD10), then tried to change shortcuts from lock screen setting. My phone stopped working completely, it doesn't even respond. It happened several times. It may be a bug.
I'm on Android 12 and among many unpleasant things about this update there is one very irritating.
If I'm unlocking phone from Android 12 Lockscreen then it's unlocked like usual.
If I'm unlocking phone from Moto Display, then for a split second homescreen wallpaper (icons are unaffected by the way) turns black.
Is this a know bug on Edge S or it's just me being unlucky?
I dont have that problem. I do recomed try with a hard reset

Yeah, gotta give a small update on this issue. This problem occurred shortly after I've upgraded to a12. For whatever reason I had two lockscreens (a12 and moto display) interfering with each other. One time you'd get a12 and the other - moto display. Then I set up a pin and a fingerprint, then removed them both and the a12 lockscreen has gone as well.
Now I'm trying to understand why the a12 lockscreen is gone and how to recreate this issue. At the moment I have only moto display. Do you still have both moto display and a12 lockscreens?

Yes, but A12 lockscreen appears only when i push the power button with a finger whose fingerprint was not recorded
