My Note 5 Global arrived this morning. I've just booted it up and it is running MIUI 9.5! Screenshot attached.

It becomes news, as we then have official (not Leaked roms), to flash our devices with on the chance we mess up flashing other roms etc.
My WHYRED [Global] is due to be delivered tomorrow.

I got my global version a week back and it came with 9.5 out of the box.

Could someone check how project treble works on it? I'm interested to buy the phone

At the moment the only way to get treble is the Multi-ROM. Hopefully it'll not be too long until there's a LineageOS version.

where can i get this rom for my global? had to reflash and the latest on miui is 7.1, my camera fc's all the time on that rom

My recommendation will be to not dirty flash as these are different MIUI version and mods.
Still if you want to, check if Masik MIUI 10 is also based on China Stable ROM. If yes then you can try dirty flashing and see.
But please do take TWRP backup in case something goes wrong. All the best

Clean flash is recommended else u face bugs like in my case messaging force closes again and again and i do not recieve msgs so reverted back to last rom

You will have to try and compare to find exact differences or changelogs from MIUI.
As per my past experience with Redmi Note 3 (kenzo) beta is more updated though has some issues here and there. Further, they have a more frequent update cycle. Too much flashing !!

It should be similar if not better. Pls test it and share feedback if possible.

Yes - I have flashed it in past Xiaomi.eu ROMs starting v10 - they have anti-rollback protection unless you want to go below anti 4 ROMs.

For me it has been all good, but some people have complained about low sound.

Everything is fine but battery life seems to be not better than one based on Android 9

When I try to use your debloat.txt, it gave me an error that it's an invalid file. I renamed it to import-debloat.txt and put it in the cache folder.
Am I doing something wrong?

I went to 10 and didn't like it. Had to do a full reinstall to get back to 9.5.13. Even though I'm an upgrade junkie, I don't see a compelling reason to try 10 again.
