I have Magisk Canary 19.5 installed right now with all my modules working, if I install 20.1 Canary will my modules not work? Do I have to wait for the authors of the Magisk modules I use to update them?
Best to stick with stable or beta. Canary is a test channel for development

So xiaomi.eu released a miui 11 android 10 build. I was able to root using magisk 19.5 canary (updated to 20.1 canary now) but have not found a version of edxposed that will boot. Tried multiple versions and always boots to fastboot mode. Oh I am also running the mipa custom kernel.
Anyone know of an edxposed build that will boot?
So I have found the solution. Install riru 19.5 and edxposed v0.4.5.5.beta(4470)(YAHFA) through magisk manager. Then use a root file manager go to /data/adb/modules/riru_edexposed and rename/delete post-fs-data.sh. Also need to disable selinux or flash a kernel with it disabled (MiPa kernel is what I used). Now reboot and you should have edxposed working.
I just upgraded to Oxygen OS 10.0.1.GM57AA from 9.5.8 (if I remember rightly, from India ).
I tried the following with Magisk 19.3 and 20:
1. No other Magisk modules only Riru Core - no problems.
2. Install Riru latest Ed xposed YAHFA. Device didn't get booted. Booted into TWRP side loaded Magisk Manager, set to core only mode Magisk and rebooted into system and uninstall YAHFA.
3. Tried step 2 with latest Sandhook. Same result
4. Uninstalled all Magisk modules and From EdXposed manager installed Riru core. No problem. Installing YAHFA or Sandhook from Manager, same result - device doesn't boot and spinning dots continue
Has anybody got it working? I searched the forum and elsewhere but couldn't find anything related to our device.
Please explain how you did it
Edit 1
1. Flashing Riru Core and Riru YAHFA/ Sandhook from TWRP (this worked for One Plus 7 Pro) didn't help. Same story of stuck at boot animation.
2. Flashing YAHFA from GravityBox for 10 also had the same problem.
3.. Flashing Canary version of YAHFA (v0.4.5.5_beta(4470) worked and I am able to use Xposed modules ! I don't know how stable this would be but at least I have got the modules I need like XPrivacy Lua installed and working. I didn't try Sandhook because I always found YAHFA to be stabler though slower.
Edit2
Canary version above created drag and gravitybox had a lot of issues. Credit to @C3C076 who pointed out to use YAHFA modified from here https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=80392829&postcount=30 and use the installer 2.2.4 from here https://github.com/solohsu/XposedInstaller/releases/tag/Ed_v2.2.4.
ALL fine
Please update what method you used and which modules used to help others . Thanks
Hi, guys I just wanted to post a guide on how to set up EdXposed on your Pixel 3XL. I have tried using many different setups with riru core, Edxposed, Edxposed Manager app and Edxposed Installer and I have finally found one that is very stable and allows for most of the Xposed modules to work (at least the ones I have tried).

Verified Xposed modules that are working

MinMinGuard v2.0.9
Instaprefs v1.2.0
XPrivacyLua v1.27
XposedAlwaysCorrect 1.0.5
XposedSmsCode 2.2.2
Known Issues when using other versions of riru core, edxposed and edxposed manager:

You guys can try this setup and if you are able to find no issues running updated version of Riru Core and Magisk Manager then please let me know. Respectively if you are able to find any supported/unsupported modules for the pixel 3XL please post the module link, version (and any errors) you are using so I can add it to the list.

Hi, I was wondering if you had the repo or xda forum links to Fingerprint pay, WeXposed and Secure Settings? I cant seem to find them. Thanks.
First two can be found by googling (or in xda labs app), but cannot locate the secure settings one. Oh, secure settings module installs through the app which is available on google play.
Your instructions for getting EdExposed working on my Pixel 3 XL with HavocOS worked great... thanks!

This is a universal fix for SafetyNet on devices with hardware attestation and unlocked bootloaders or custom verified boot keys. It defeats both hardware attestation and the new SafetyNet CTS profile updates released on January 12, 2021.
Instructions:
1. Make sure Magisk hide is enabled.
2. Download the universal safety net fix from kdrag0n's github repository right here.
3. Install it from Magisk manager.
4. Test if it works, if not then download this version of the module instead.
5. If it works congratulations your device now passes safetynet responses.

Worked for me, thanks!
This version of the safetynet fix only works for Magisk v24+(Zygisk).
If you are on version 23.0 of Magisk this should work. But it requires Riru v24.0.0 or newer installed and Magisk hide enabled.
I've attached my results from a SM-A750FN variant.
