got my Note10+ and installed exactly the same apps as in my Xiaomi Mi Mix 3.
During several days and several phone calls the Note10+ freezes during the calls. No UI possible. Black Screen. Sometimes reboots automatically. Sometimes i had to interact.
Update:
i resetted the phone and result the same. Call is running 2-3 minutes and screen goes black. The call is still running. Few seconds afterwards nothing works anymore. Phone freezes.
Anyone similiar problems?

1) You bought unlocked model?
2) Which carrier do you have?
I own unlocked Note10(with T-Mobile firmware), have not experienced any issues
Hardware problem, return the phone for a new one.
i am having the exact same issue however my calls dropped first and screen remains black.
had to long press power to turn it off or back on.

Hi to all, I have recently bought a this phone and from the second day of life sometimes when a call is incoming (or a message) the phone freezes and reboot. Sometimes it happens also when I connect the phone to charger or when I press the button for turning on the display.
Phone is not rooted, rom is original.
I have already upgraded firmware to the latest version from Lenovo, but the problem still presents.
Model: Lenovo S820_ROW
Android version: 4.2.1
Baseband version: S820.V21, 2013/08/07 15:14
Build number: S820_ROW_8G_S121_131128
I've seen on Lenovo forum that there are others in my situation.
Does anyone have a solution or a workaround for this issue?

After about 20 days of experiments, I noticed that the reboot issue was often connected to the screen lock part.
I have turned off this feature for one or two days, remembering to push the power button before putting in the pocket...
I now can say that this bug is extremely decreased, and it doesn't happen anymore during a call or a message.
I have downloaded a different screen lock app from market and disabled the internal.
It happened just a couple of time but I'm not sure that is connected to the lock screen app (Iphone5s Lock), I will try other apps
Just a few ago a call AND a message arrived in the same moment and the phone did what was supposed to...

My note edge turns on and restart or freeze and then i had to take the battery out to turn it off.
Thought it is a software problem and have updated to Marshmallow 6.0.1 but still the same problem. Some days just 1-2 on offs with freeze... Some days 8 times one after the other. When it Charge there are often freezes.
I have 2 note edges. On the other i updated Marshmallow too. This edge has had never problems.
When i compare the two device information in android menu the edge which runs perfekt has never se for android. Could this be something why it turns of...

You could try wiping the cache, or wiping the data (resetting your phone) and starting over with a fresh system.
It always restart when android made automatic updates. Now i disabeled autimatik updates and since 2 days no problem with restarts.
But now have another problem.... When i play musik with the musik player or hear voicemail via whattsapp there is sound for 3-5 seconds and then you can't hear anything. The musik in Player goes on but you cant hear anything after 3-5 seconds.... Grrrrr

Hello everybody! My phone (SM N915F) has a problem of stuttering/lag spike. Every 7 to 15 seconds phone gets stuck for about 1 second. When using an app (say, camera) every 4-6 seconds I get a lag spike. I tried to solve this myself, I checked if this is a software problem (changed rom, 3 different roms), tried in recovery if it lags (it does not), tried other apps etc. I checked logcat to see what happens when phone gets stuck, I saw a service(?) choreographer says "choreographer skipped N frames", which as I searched on internet, choreographer syncs apps with display, so actually screen does not gets rendered for N frames for no reason. Did anybody ever had this issue? I have assured there is no storage problem.
just purchased my Poco f2 Pro and have been using it for 4 days now. On my 2nd day, the phone suddenly hangs up and freezes when i turned on the ultra savings modr. I force reboot it and it worked fine. The next day, random things triggers the freeze such as screenshotting or even fingerprint scanning. Nothing fixes it since it wouldnt respond to anything and i end up always rebooting it. This time, the one handed mode stopped working too. I already did a factory reset and it still freezes. Does anyone experience the same thing? How to fix this?

recently after decided to update to MIUI 14, my Poco X3 Pro crashing when on the call or video call, but weirdly enough the phone doesn't even crash when gaming or doing any multitasking it works just as it used to be, its been 4 times:
- at first it was only the screen turned off but the rest like sound when call, microphone, and touchscreen are working but the display stays off, the display turn on it again by itself after a few minutes this happens 3 times until now
- the last one was hard brick, the device turn to white with a thin horizontal line, restarted by itself and then it wont turn on at all, even the charging wont work, but i can boot to fastboot, and then try to boot it to miui via fastboot and now it turn on and work as it suppose to be (not yet trying to make call since i dont want it to crash again)
Now i dont know does this could be caused by neither software or hardware, do you guys have any idea?

White screen, this is hardware issue.
Search in the forum about it.
